If there is really an offer by Newcastle to Ronaldo then I think Ronaldo should absolutely accept it. I mean he should do this if he still wants to play European football. Newcastle have so much money to spend now. Their transfer budget must be around 1 billion euros but it might be a little less after the latest transfers. Still it doesn't matter of course. They are one of the richest teams in the world technically but they need to be more patient before starting to make block-busting transfers. Above all else, they will need to have a successful season in the Premier League. So far so good of course. They have been amazing unlike the predictions considering their having an average level of squad.
If they finish the season in top 4 they would definitely benefit from joining the Champions League. Some top players would lean towards signing for them in that case.

Any top-five team can win the English Premier League title but it all depends on their performance. Currently, Arsenal has been outstanding, winning some important games and the team has shown much quality and character. But we must not also forget that Arsenal sometimes acts inconsistently. It is not strange to see the team start losing points drastically, but we expect that they would keep staying on top till the end of the season. City and Liverpool are teams that have always portrayed a never-give-up spirit. They have the character of coming from behind and fighting to clinch the title. Nobody ever imagined that Liverpool would be a title contender last season after their poor run at the beginning of the season. We shouldn't also forget Newcastle United because this team has the right players, coach, and money-spending owners.

But you have to know at the moment Arsenal are also in very good shape. One loss in 14 games is a pretty good record. The 5-point gap makes them quite breathable from Man City's chase. So I believe these 2 teams will be strong candidates for the championship this season. It is very clear that Manchester City has a very good chance to reinforce their success in winning the Premier League. Even though Arsenal are still in the lead, there is still plenty of time for them to overtake Arsenal. What's more, Arsenal can still be beaten by any existing team. Yeah it certainly took time but I think we all know about how much time rebuilding the squad takes. Also I don't think anyone doubted Arteta ever. I don't know about fans but inside the Arsenal board they had full trust on Arteta including Edu. It's Edu and Arteta who worked along and are rebuilding the Arsenal. Arsene Wenger will always be a legend no doubt but he can't manage for a long period, he has to pass on the baton to someone just like Ferguson did at United.

Only time can answer this because regardless of anything now their potential is big enough for that it's just that they still need to prove themselves to be able to compete by proving they have to be able to remain consistent.As long as they do this their chances are very open but the conditions are clear that they still have strong rivals now.
