If Kane eventually leave for Manchester City, Tottenham will need a vigorous player to replace him. According to Report, Tottenham is willing to pay £60m for Lautaro Martinez. He have been in Inter since 2018, and scored 17 goals in Inter last season, and also contributed to the success of the club last season. I will really like to see him play in the Premier League, but it seems Inter won't sign him out. They sold Lukaku to Chelsea, and won't want to lose another talented player.
I think Martinez is perfect for the Premier League like I said previously, I would love to see him at Liverpool. However, that isn't looking likely with the current climate. I think he is relatively unknown, due to him being overshadowed by the fame of Lukaku, and not actually stepping into one of the bigger more competitive leagues, which I think is the logical step for his career. Tottenham would obviously lose a brilliant player, but if they get Martinez then it doesn't look to bleak for them.

Tottenham are in talks with young Inter striker Lautaro Martinez (23) now. Maybe they are thinking of the possibility that Manchester City can still sign Harry Kane this summer and they want to have a backup plan for that. But as Inter have sold Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea, I assume that they wouldn't be willing to sell Martinez also.

Inter are in desperate needs of fund sand Tottenham are in a confusing state; sell Kane and buy Lautaro or Keep Kane and buy lautaro and have a very lethal attack for the coming season. With Romero signed to bolster defense line. It’s mixed feeling at Spurs.

Will Harry Kane end up At Manchester city come August 31?

maybe at this time Tottenham hotspurs are in a dilemma considering they keep kane or sell him to Manchester city, because with fresh funds from the sale they can recruit Lautaro Martinez from inter Milan, but until now Tottenham hotspurs still want to keep kane because they already know with the quality possessed by the tall striker, and this is far different from what Lautaro Martinez has, moreover he has not yet felt the atmosphere of the premier league

Harry Kane may not be interested in staying at Tottenham. He wants to go to any club in Manchester City. Who will assist him in winning the title. Kane should not be forced into the team in this situation. Tottenham will make a lot of money selling him. They will be able to better organize their team with young players.

Manchester City are planning to offer new contract deals to their main goalkeeper Ederson and Phil Jones. Actually, there have been some rumours about Phil Jones which he will be in the players-to-sell list this summer. But it seems like they have changed their mind. Phil Jones was a really good defender a long time ago but he struggled with injuries too much. And it affected his career also.
Phil Jones is a Man Utd player not Man City player, he has not been having a regular playing time with Man Utd since the arrival of Maguire and coupled with injuries, he should sign for another EPL club or alternatively go on loan to enjoy a regular playing time, just like Jesse Lingard last season after all he just signed a contract till 2023, having been in the team for long, Man Utd has Bailly, Raphaël Varane and Lindelof in central defence which may limit his starting of matches,
Ederson has been very influencial to the success of Man City title last season he really deserve his contract renewal based on his performances.

Guess what, chelsea will buy him back later in few years with 130m as a fee,  typical chelsea..  damn i hate this cycle.

Indeed, Mason Mount is still very far from being compared to the legend Frank Lampard, but don't underestimate how he worked last season and this has been proven by the 1 Champions League trophy won by Mason Mount last season, considering his young age, it's not unheard of. maybe he will be able to match the record of Frank Lampard and even more than that
i know this gonna.happen. but i can.still understand, it is a cost of making a better player, he will try to prove chelsea wrong but thats actually how football work and how chelsea board works, i can really understand. it is still worth. part of the strategy.. i guess..
Tammy Abraham is no longer young and I agree that he is a good player but he won't be able to grow much more and become one of best strikers in Europe.

I don't think Tammy transfer price will be more than 130M anytime in the future. His transfer value might increase but not as high as you said.

unless if chelsea selling mason mount then i and every chelsea fan must be in anger.
Mason Mount, again is a good player from Chelsea Academy, and he is called as second Lampard. However, I don't see how Mason can be as good as Lampard better than Super Frankie. At the age of Mason now, Lampard has almost everything, recognition, titles, goals, etc.

I'm not sure how City will be able to afford Kane and be within fair play rules after signing Grealish. They're also leaving it late, especially since they're playing each other in the first round.

I agree with your opinion, it is not easy to get a champion, especially the English league which is full of challenges, maybe this year it will be very difficult to predict who will come out as champion, because the competition is very tight, Chelsea, Liverpool, Mu, Tottenham, City, Lechester, Arsenal, etc., they will definitely play hard, but I'm sure this year Liferpol will come out as champions, even though they didn't buy new players, but wrong, Mane, Jota, Firmino, Alison, are ready to fight for the championship.
Problems of Liverpool are

- Mane and Firmino performance in the last season are bad.
- If their main squad get too many injuries like in the last season, they won't have good subsitutions to fight with other candidates.
- Only Diego Jota is not enough to support Salah, Mane and Firmino

The Kop will be very strong if Fabinho returns to midfield and the condition is defenders must be healthy, no serious injury.

I don't feel strange with the news that Inter Milan have to sell more players but I feel strange if Lautaro accepts to join Premier League. I think he would prefer La Liga than Premier League.

Nothing good come easy they say. Manchester City champions are liken to the real Madrid of Spain in terms of getting quality players at a exorbitant fee due to the arrears of high profile players and prestige of the team which they have build over the years. So to get the best, one have to pay huge fee and trust me, most premier clubs are enjoying the ride with sales of their best player.

I personally do not think 100+ is worth for any player but the market is all about supply and demand. There is only 1 type of player like Kane and there is a big demand for him.
It's a quick way if a team has a lot of money but I didn't see that at Leicester City a few years ago with unknown players they get the title
This means that there are other ways to become strong besides relying on money

It sounds like a quick way but it is never guaranteed. Chelsea did it the first time,,, and then on the next efforts of recent seasons they also spent a lot until they got fined and banned from transfers but still did not win the league.

PSG is the same if not worse, not even winning the league last season and continuous failing at champions league.

Maybe everyone knows that after he did quite well in Italy with Inter. But will he be able to maintain his position again as the best striker in the Premier League? Some may doubt him, but it is true that he has emerged as a world class striker in recent season. I feel that Lukaku is Chelsea's best signing of the year, he deserve to be there and that has invited more competition among the other striker in the Premier League for top scorer next season.
He did very well in the Premier League while at Everton if you still recall. I believe Lukaku is a very good striker. The way he was Managed at Manchester United did help him thrive there. With a good manager, Lukaku can again show his good side in the Premier League without doubt.
No doubt about how good Lukaku is,he is one of the best strikers in Europe right now,and he will certainly do well at Chelsea if injury does not disturb his season. With Lukaku in Chelsea's front, they can really challenge for silverware this upcoming season because they have all it takes to win the premier league which I believe is their major target next season.
The desire of Lukaku doing well in Chelsea lies with the support of other players in the team, and his ability to quickly adapt into the squad, fortunately he had previously played in EPL which is an advantage, he has the ability to score clear chances which Timo Werner missed last season thus a perfect centre forward, he is experienced  and at his peak of his career now, compared to when he was in Chelsea earlier, however EPL is becoming very competitive and physical thus other clubs are ready to prove their mettle in challenging the top 4 clubs this season.

Lukaku is an experienced player. And he can play very fast. He has also played in the EPL before. He is aware of the EPL's style of play and strategy. Lukaku will not need much time to adapt to the team. Maybe he will be able to see his magic from the first match. If the understanding between Sadio Mane and Romelo Lukaku is good, Chelsea will be able to give their fans some great games next season.

There is something crazier that I got from one of the existing news sources. Manchester City have a new option with a new offer too and of course a bigger one, City offer 130 million and Bernardo Silva as a Harry Kane trade-in option. This offer has gone insane I guess, I'm just surprised how special is Harry Kane? Perhaps these were Harry Kane's golden days, so Guardiola saw the potential and continued to make crazy offers to Tottenham Hotspur. Because for me personally, this big bid is crazy, plus there are players who are willing to let go to get Kane, I think it's time for Tottenham to let Kane go and let Kane have a better chance with Manchester City.
What news said this? I do not think Tottenham would be interested in bernando they already have good midfielders they would need to replace Kane if they was going to sign anyone. Bernando wages would be to much for Tottenham when they do not need him.
There is no way anyone would ever offer Silva+130 million, are you insane? That is like 200 million dollars worth. Silva is listed at 70 million pounds at transfermarket and with 130 million that makes it 200 million.

I would say that 130 million itself is probably true, that is the maximum anyone should pay for Kane, dude is good and all but he is not too young plus he is not THAT good, 200 million is something else, it is not something reasonable, hell even the only player who was sold over 200 was Neymar and he didn't even worth that, it was a good deal for Barcelona, sure he worth a lot but not 220, that is different. At the end of the day, we are talking about Kane here and not some peak Ronaldo stuff, so I think we should not think of this silva+130 as reality, that is just gossip around the journalists and that's it, nothing more to it than that.

I think so. Manchester City have spent a lot of money on Grealish. Now if they want to take Harry Kane to the team, they will have to spend a lot of money again. If they were willing to spend so much money on Harry Kane, then Guardiola could have brought Messi to his team. Harry Kane's arrival in Manchester City seems to be a complete rumor.
Or Tottenham and Gary Kane in particular will have to lower their bar by at least 80 million. Otherwise, the likelihood that Manchester will Buy Kane for 180 million is reduced to zero. And by the way, Guardiola is not an idiot ... why rebuild the team for the financial needs of Messi or Kane if M'City already feels great.
