It totally depends on the discipline of the spectators and the strictness of the security to implement those health protocols. I don't expect it to be smooth sailing but I doubt the little disturbances that will be caused by the bad eggs among the crowd will stop the games.
In my opinion, the success of organizing the euro a few months ago can be a reference if the  English Premiere league can be attended by spectators next season, and of course the committee must implement strict health protocols and also require spectators to have a vaccine certificate before entering the stadium, especially the English premiere  league season 2020/21 then it has also been able to be attended by an audience of around 2000 people and just like the euro, maybe if it was better for the English league teams to limit half of the audience capacity so that at least there would be a slight limitation of the distance between spectators.
But reportedly two clubs have confirmed that their stadiums next season will be open to fans, namely Liverpool and Everton.

There are only five days left for the Tottenham - Manchester City game. This is the match of the week I think. Both of these teams would like to start the season really good by getting a win. And I see City being closer to a win. They were already very strong before signing Grealish. Now, there are still rumours about Harry Kane going to City. This would mean that they will be even near unstoppable in the league.

Now in this game, they are absolutely the favorite side and I believe that they will defeat Tottenham.

After City spent a whole lot on Grealish, I don’t think they’ll be spending another huge amount on just one player.  They’ll still prolly be in the market looking for a striker..  But they’ll be going for somebody cheaper than Kane.

I think so. Manchester City have spent a lot of money on Grealish. Now if they want to take Harry Kane to the team, they will have to spend a lot of money again. If they were willing to spend so much money on Harry Kane, then Guardiola could have brought Messi to his team. Harry Kane's arrival in Manchester City seems to be a complete rumor.

Anyway, I think BTTS and over 2.5 goals combo at 2.2 is prolly good for the match.  Not confident enough to bet it tho.

Romelu Lukaku was indeed very bright when playing in Serie A with Inter Milan which attracted Chelsea to bring him to Stamford bridge, but I am very sure Romelu Lukaku will shine with Chelsea this season considering he has been able to adapt in the English Premier League like in Manchester United in the last few seasons, especially under the direction of Thomas Tuchel, was able to mix the Chelsea squad well. I firmly believe that Romelu Lukaku will be even crazier this season in the West London club
Lukaku will create pressure on central defenders and even he does not score goal, he usually has good contributions to the team. With Lukaku, wing backs will have more space to play because opponents will assign two defenders to follow him in matches.

The transfer of Lukaku creates domino effect: Tammy Abraham will move to Roma. Tammy Abraham: Roma agree £34m deal to sign Chelsea striker

Tammy will help Roma and Mourinho have a more energetic striker than Dzeko and he will compete with Mayoral to become a main striker of Roma. Defenders in Serie A are not speedy so Tammy at least will have one advantage in Serie A with his pace.
Guess what, chelsea will buy him back later in few years with 130m as a fee,  typical chelsea..  damn i hate this cycle.

i know this gonna happen. but i can still understand, it is a cost of making a better player, he will try to prove chelsea wrong but thats actually how football work and how chelsea board works, i can really understand. it is still worth. part of the strategy.. i guess..
unless if chelsea selling mason mount then i and every chelsea fan must be in anger.
normal transfer.

This is called money brings achievement. But grateful that FIFA provides clear regulations in order to create a more exciting competition climate. I think City or Chelsea can afford to buy more great players but they have regulatory problems. In addition, the coach also does not want many star and great players. Because I believe managing great players is very difficult, that's why they combine more between medium players. Coaches are more concerned with what is needed, not great players.
Yes you rightly said that if there are many stars in a team, it is very difficult to manage such a team. Although Guarddeola is good at it. And if not for Chesi's victory in the Champions League, I would say that Tuchel is not the coach who is capable of managing a large team, because he left PSG without a result. So everything is relative.

The Premier League is now almost back. Are you ready?
The opening match on August 13 between newly promoted Brentford and Arsenal will open the Premier League 2021/22. Fans will finally be able to return to the stadiums, but will be required to show proof of Covid vaccination or a recent negative test, according to a release from the Premier. "For the first few games of the season, fans should expect to be randomly checked before entering the stadium," the Premier League announced. The British government has so far refused to introduce a mandatory health pass, but clubs are already prepared for a possible change in the coming months, with the goal of filling stadiums again. The health protocol also includes the use of masks in all enclosed spaces, as well as distance from unfamiliar people and dedicated routes.

If you want a world-class player, one of the best few in his position, then you have to pay something crazy... just because there are so few players available at this standard.

City offer 130 million and Bernardo Silva as a Harry Kane trade-in option. This offer has gone insane I guess, I'm just surprised how special is Harry Kane?

I think the problem is that Man City have become so strong, that the only way they can improve is to buy the best players in the world.

If you want a good player, you have to pay a reasonably high price.
If you want a very good player, maybe one of the best 10 or 20 in his position in the world, they you have to pay a very high price.

Totally agree. And we have to remember also what the market expectation is. If Philippe Coutinho could cost 100 million at only 2 years ago then Harry Kane who is even more specialized, more proven and at the total peak of his talent right now, then you need to be prepared to pay the same area price.

I personally do not think 100+ is worth for any player but the market is all about supply and demand. There is only 1 type of player like Kane and there is a big demand for him.

It's a quick way if a team has a lot of money but I didn't see that at Leicester City a few years ago with unknown players they get the title
This means that there are other ways to become strong besides relying on money

Well everyone is excited about Lukaku back in Chelsea but I have doubts over his arrival. He sure had great season in Serie A but he wasn't that good in United. Yeah he scored but his stats in Serie A is far more better than PL. Maybe its the league level or maybe he has now developed? but nothing can't be said for sure.

Can only say things after how he gels up with the current Chelsea squad in 1-2 matches after his arrival.
My wound really shined in Serie A, it can be said that my wound is a great player, but my prediction is that he will not find his best game at Chelsea, he is difficult to adapt under Tuchel's coaching, even though we know my wound used to be defending the English giant club Manchester United. ,but I dare say my wound won't last long in chealse..

Chelsea and Manchester United have strengthened this season and Manchester City has just signed Grealish I would say that Chelsea and Manchester United closed the gap with those signings.

Yes, it seems that only City, Chelsea, United have been discussed a lot and have made transfers of star players with good performances last season. I don't hear Liverpool, arsenal and totenham buying star players. So maybe the EPL this season will be in the domination of United, Chelsea and City. But it looks like they got off to a bad start last season, and it was too late to play their best game. Oh, maybe on Thursday we can see Chelsea against Villareal in Super cup.

I looked at the news recently and saw that Virgil van Dijk is still not fit. If van Dijk is not fit at the start of the competition, we will have a repeat of last year with Liverpool hopelessly out of shape. Manchester City will not lose many points so the championship could be decided before the winter.

I hope that he comes back to the team as soon as possible. According to Transfermarkt, he has bounced back from the injury. And I think that he will be fit in a short time and start playing again. Liverpool defense is having big problems without him. I also wonder whether he will be able to play like the old times. Maybe he won't be playing like that at first but it will change after some time passes.

I do not know what news you are looking at but they are wrong Virgil Van Dijk has played in friendly matches for Liverpool already. I think most of their players are back from injuries not sure what you mean that they will be out of shape? I think they had a injury to one of their defenders but it was not Virgil Van Dijk. I do not think that Kane is leaving anywhere, the only big spender that was interested in him was Chelsea, and now that they are getting Lukaku I do not think that anyone would be willing to pay 100+ million for Kane now, at least not right now, maybe when his price drops with age.
Chelsea really wanted 3 strikers this off-season and 2 of them didn't happen because of money reasons, first it was Haaland and Chelsea offered as much as 150 million, which is insane to think about, but Dortmund wanted 174 million whereas Chelsea had 100+ 50 mil in installments type of thing in mind. Then it was Kane which they didn't really want to spend that much, he is great but a bit older, so that didn't work out neither. Now they are getting Lukaku. If Chelsea is off the market, then who would spend 100+ million on Kane? I do not think that anyone even has that money left.
Actually, Manchester City showed the most specific interest in Kane by making an official offer, but as far as I understand, everything rests on the position of the club owner, who does not want to sell the player. After it became known that Kane is starting training, it seems that the transfer situation no longer looks obvious, I still would not completely deny this transfer. Because the head coach of Tottenham, Nuno Espirito Santo, did not seem to specifically answer the question about Kane's participation in the first round game just against Manchester City and said that all the players who work in the team every day are possible options. Therefore, there are still quite possible options.
Kane's move to Mancity is still on.repots came out today that Tottenham are willing to accept 120m  from Mancity now, which will see City as the club that has spent much this season in the premier league, following the big money transfer of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa. If a deal for Kane could be striked out, then Mancity will really have a chance of taking the champions league next season.

Manchester City are spending a lot of money this season to make their team stronger. Grealish are good enough players, now if they can get Harry Kane in the team then they will undoubtedly be a worthy contender for the upcoming Champions League title. Because, as we saw in the previous season, Manchester City is a fairly stable team. Moreover their coach being Guardiola. He is very experienced.
There is something crazier that I got from one of the existing news sources. Manchester City have a new option with a new offer too and of course a bigger one, City offer 130 million and Bernardo Silva as a Harry Kane trade-in option. This offer has gone insane I guess, I'm just surprised how special is Harry Kane? Perhaps these were Harry Kane's golden days, so Guardiola saw the potential and continued to make crazy offers to Tottenham Hotspur. Because for me personally, this big bid is crazy, plus there are players who are willing to let go to get Kane, I think it's time for Tottenham to let Kane go and let Kane have a better chance with Manchester City.
