Most teams did not get any new players, they just let their players go if they do not plan on keeping them, this was probably know long ago considering most of these names had contracts ending this season and that means if you do not want him then you wouldn't offer a contract and when you do not that means end of the season will be end of contract and bye bye.

The real deal will start soon, I know not many people consider them as a threat but I am expecting something huge from Leeds, they are a team that really changed like crazy in the past 3 seasons thanks to Bielsa, dude lives and breathes football and I believe he is going to end up getting some much needed transfers and they have a chance to actually finish at top 5 and go to euorpean cups, I know it sounds crazy to some of you but I believe it is definitely possible if they can get the players Bielsa wants.

Maybe Pool data must have to update because we know manchester city has to be a champion premier league for this session.

Regarding that pool, 32% choose the incorrect team (Liverpool), with 2 different choices only. if based on the order of this year's standings, the next pool might be Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Leicester City, West Ham United, Tottenham, and Arsenal. or can put Watford (Sportsbet) cause has promotion on premier 2022.

People really believed in Liverpool after their great start to the league. But I guess that nobody was expecting Liverpool to lose their form this much. They barely managed to finish in top 4. But their performance on the last weeks was really worth seeing.

But I was among those who still chose Manchester City last season, I just believe to defend the title is not easy and Liverpool in my view is difficult to stay consistent. Therefore, because City is still under Pep's management I am very sure City will get the EPL title again and it becomes a reality. Regarding the pool data, I think there is still plenty of time to update it, because it can be updated when the season starts, right.

It's the English Premier League we're talking about. It is always hard to become the champions two times in a row. When Liverpool started decently, I was wondering whether they would manage to make it. But they were completely out of form for a long time during the season. They still managed to end at the 3rd place though.

Manchester City are really a great team. They started badly unlike Liverpool. But they made a really huge comeback and won a completely deserved title.

^  The loss of VVD was huge.  I think that’s why Liverpool is splurging the cash on this guy Ibrahima Konate, a center back from RBL for 40m GBP which I think it’s crazy for a young, unproven center back.  He’s only 22 years old and I don’t think he really played much at the Bundesliga.
He's still young, I think the coach has a different prediction than you. Although he has not played much in the Budesliga according to Kloop he is a player who can become a star in his hands. But because of this Kloop made a bet by returning Ozan Kabak to his home club, Schalke 04.

We’ll see...  Not all young prospects bloom into great players.  And it’s a huge gamble for 40m GBP.  The club that it actually worked out for is RBL for buying him for 300k GBP I think and selling him for millions.  And I’m not predicting anything.

Today the EPL have released the 21/22 season fixtures .
Here are the scheduled matches for the first 5 rounds in the EPL
Chelsea have a couple have some though games to start with, while Norwich is welcomed back to EPL with Liverpool at start then Man City ,Leicester and end the run with Arsenal. It will definitely wouldn't be a great start for them as they are probably going to lose atleast 3 of them.
As they are just came back to EPL and they have some players that still didn't play at the highest level.

The last Liverpool only success finished on third place under Manchester City as winner, Manchester United on second place position, maybe many predictor about Liverpool because they success get trophy last year and Manchester City is not good performance at the early game beginning, but the consistent with Manchester City and have completed player between starting eleven and Substitution make City most solid team than Liverpool have loss many starting player.
I get that people voted for Liverpool because they won a league and they were at the finals of UCL once and then won it once so they were really a big team, even on the years City won they were always right there as well so they were really good and people assumed Liverpool will be like that once again, which turned out to be wrong and they barely made it to third place, in fact if other teams didn't suck at the end they were barely in the top 5, which is really a shocking situation.

However I do not get the Arsenal fans, I mean sure they are doing fine but they are really not that great at all, how could you vote for Arsenal to win the league? You could expect them to be in top 5 if they are lucky and play a good season but that is the highest they could ever get, it is like saying Leeds will win the league, it is almost the same and I am shocked that Arsenal got the fifth biggest vote there.

I voted for Manchester City. And my prediction is right. They have ruled the Premier League all season and won the title. Liverpool played very poorly throughout the season, they got back to the rhythm by the end of the season. Otherwise they would not have been in the top 5 teams in the points table.
As a Manchester City fan, I have also chosen them as candidate for the 2020/2021 EPL title and luckily they managed to do so after a bad start at the start of the season. Of course their success in winning the title made me happy, but unfortunately they failed in the UCL final and that disappointed me a bit.

As for Liverpool, they were pretty good at the start but ended badly after a storm of injuries and missing players for other reason. The declining performance of the team made them lose their way even though in the end they deserved to be in the top 4. I'm still pretty sure the current top 4 are the strongest candidate for the title next season. For me, Manchester City will still be an option.

But I am happy with Manchester United for the EPL then I want Manchester United to win EPL this season.

although I am an Arsenal fan, but I can't deny it  if indeed next season the EPL championship competition will be dominated by the team from the city of Manchester, and I personally believe that Manchester United and Manchester City will be very competitive in the pursuit of the EPL Cup next season, the proof is Currently the two clubs continue to actively improve in the transfer market to bring in a number of new players, but if you look at how Manchester United is currently improving the squad, it looks like Manchester United will be more highly favored next season, moreover they continue to look for several players who are positioned as attackers and this makes their attacking line even more dangerous, I personally don't think that arsenal and tottenham will be competitors to win the title next season, because from some news I read, if tottenham and arsenal are less active in the transfer market and even many main players those who are rumored to be immediately leave in the transfer market this summer.

^Still early days guys, I'll update the poll, OP and thread title before new season starts for sure. Probably after EURO finishes, no time for league football at the moment. It is all about international football - go with the flow  Cool

And we need to have transfer rumors and actual transfers before predicting who is next champion.

I think Trofo will update the pool before the start of the season, otherwise I think I already know which team I will vote for Grin
Can you mention this time?
For this season I think Manchester United, Chelsea, City, Liverpool will remain the favorites for many people. Maybe there will be a change of players and will make some people's predictions different.

losing Van Djik alone was not the only reason for have a 31points drop from one season to another, a lot of players from Liverpool squad have seen a dip in their overall performance, Mane had a season forget I belleive other then that Robertson Arnold were not performing that well especially at the first half of the season, Salah have also been on some drought in couple matches that were important to win.
Replying on three centerbacks on their winning season is one reason Liverpool won but this year it was the reason of their defeat as they didn't have enough depth in that position losing all 3 defenders was one of many reason why Liverpool was not tge same.

I know that they want more or they just want to keep him for a few more seasons and then sell him for the same amount anyway, so if you can keep a player for 2 seasons and then sell him for 150 million why sell him for 150 million right now? I get that but I am seriously scared for Dortmund and if they get nothing, that is a valid possibility and then either ignore that risk or they sell him right now. So between these two options I feel like the best one is selling right away.
Dortmund will want to sell Haaland (and Sancho) with price above $100 million but the pandemic does not support them. They will try to keep those players in the club and wait for the recovery of finance status in big clubs after the pandemic is over. Next 2 or 3 seasons, maybe.

We have not yet seen any credible news on whether Haaland will leave Dortmund. I think he will remain loyal to the club and play one more season wearing the Dortmund jersey. But if he decides to leave Dortmund, then the Chelsea team is the best choice for him. Chelsea are a stable team and their only lack is a skilled striker. If Haaland joins Chelsea, Chelsea will be transformed into a full-fledged team.
Haaland is a genius and productive striker. Every big clubs want to sign a long contract with him. He chose a good club, Dortmund to develop his career, gets a solid position in Dortmund squad, plays regularly every week and sharpen his finishing and other skills.

He will leave Dortmund and won't stay in Dortmund too long. If he won't leave in this transfer, he will do in the next 2 or 3 seasons. Chelsea will become a beast if they have Haaland to replace Werner. With Haaland, they will be able to put Werner on the right or left side and use Werner better.
