Such guys are a disgrace to the world because not just they gave blood tears to their family when they were alive but also made their family suffer by putting debt over their head. I believe rather than suicide the better option is to just be a man and take it on chin.

Work hard, earn money and at least help your family with some funds. Ending your life is not the solution rather just a immediate solution which we can think of once we are in such situations.

Borrowing money for the sake of gambling is a deadliest mistake and to be very honest, if the gambler loses that money also, his good days are gone. Financial stability is very essential for a happy and prosperous family life. Indeed, such mistake can give birth to unbearable disturbance.

I think it's not bad to help him in times of this. Just help him ONCE to recoup his loss and strengthen your ties as a family. After regaining, warned him more to the effects of gambling, explain what will be missing if he still continue to gamble. If after helping and he still continue with it, left him for good and let for himself to discover what is the right thing to do. I hope you can help him atleast ONCE cause it will be difficult also for you if he sorted out in a more bad act (steal from someone just to pay his debt, or end his life).

Sometimes people really need to learn from their own mistakes to change their mind. When there are many people trying to help an addicted person the situation is more confortable and the addicted one becomes more rebel and out of control. But if he can really see how sad is his situation by himself maybe he is able to start acting different and listen to the people that tried to help him before.

One of our family member is in debt right now because of gambling and as much as I want to help out of it I want him to learn from his mistakes and hoping the one day he will not let his gambling addiction in control of his life. He lost every property he have now and I really feel bad about it.

Some of my friends are in great debt because of gambling and I have seen how far it'll go if they won't be able to return their loans. One of them tried to end his life but fortunately his family saved him and he's fine now. But still think of gambling and it's really hard for him to leave.

friends can only help morally.
this may be of little help to us
and for the next we must be able to try to get out of debt.
and I'm a little suggesting here to keep our own effort without asking anyone to help pay off the debt.
because if we can get out of debt by own business of course we will be happier when that time happens

I know someone from our community before. That was a long time, the husband was addicted not only in alcohol but also in gambling. Everyday he and his wife fought and he's been into too much debt because of gambling. One day the man committed scuicide, after he committed suicide the family found out that aside from the big debt he left their house has also been not sure if sold or pawned. It was a devastating situation that the whole family got entangled with. So in my opinion, to avoid this kind of incident, one must have self discipline  and should know his limits and goals as well as priorities or better not try gambling at all..

Honestly, I faced a similar situation, but I was not in a big debt. I had to rely on bitcoin so I could pay my debt. And yes, it is really suffering to see these people, especially the close ones, committing suicide because they could not recover their debts. But you know, if you read this post, I want you to remember it. I want you to stick with these people no matter what happens, even if you hold a grudge against them. Be there for them, try to understand them, help them financially if you have money, give them positive energy, always listen to them, tell them to never give up because once you give up, life will have no meaning. Tell them that they will survive and that they were not the first people to face this problem. Everyone has problems. Remind them of starving people or people at wars and how they struggle and strive to live. Tell them to live because they are given only one life and if they commit suicide, they will lose this chance. Life is beautiful if you know how to deal with things. What happened happened, there is no turning back. Now, it is time to stand for yourself and aim high. It was not fate that made them in that situation. So, instead of giving up, try to endure with the pain and be patient. It is time to find a solution rather than losing hope. They need someone to be there for them... Do not let go of them, bro!

Losing all your money in gambling is a foolishness you should realize this fact that gambling is not for making money before you lose all your money. If people don't realize this fact means they are addicted to these games so they never stop gambling even though they lose all their money. Those people need some expert advice to come out of these addictions.

Just take a look to other people stories ,
It's full of bad things , horrible for sure . Just take it as a lesson before you go for it ,
Otherwise you will really ended up so bad.

Lose anything you want but don't in any condition take loan to gamble. But still it's hard to obey that rule when you are deeply interested.

before even i'm into crisis all i want to do is gambling i lend money and till now i still pay them its because of my debt and my partner did not know that .i sell my gold necklace just for gambling. now i learned my lesson if i wont give up on gambling i'll die poor and lots of debt.

The best they can do is just to live their lives as is and just try to pay back whatever they owe. The worst thing they could do is kill themselves because that would mean it would be the end of everything. It's good to be alive, regardless of your situation. So I urge people who lost a lot in gambling to don't kill themselves and just live their lives for the better.

It is a sad and harsh reality indeed. They could have been saved if they were at the verge of destruction but they are already destroyed so nothing much can be done for such people. Goodness can only save them. However, it can be a lesson for other gamblers, specially the new ones.

Do not worry I have a lot of other hobbies that do not require that I spend any money at all, like sports, board games and others, but I still like to gamble occasionally since I like the thrill of not knowing what it is going to happen in the next roll of a dice.

just don't chase your debt by gambling again , it could be your biggest mistake ever you did. the more time you gamble the more addicted you are , forget about everything bad in the past and heading for the futue.

think about when you try to recover , it will make your life even worse with another gambling problem

If we are depressed by debt, maybe we can do a smart little cunning way. Let's borrow money from friends, siblings or anyone else to pay off your old debts. Maybe you still have a debt but at least you have more time to pay.

Yes and I know a lot of people who have the same situation whereas they actually borrow or loan a money just to play or gamble again and in the end they will still lose then they will borrow again from another person and they will repeat the same situation. I don't know how they will survive such curse like thing since even if they win big they can't still be able to pay back all their debts. I'm different from them because I saw how they life goes by so and it's really difficult to live like the way they are.

Oh thats really a serious thing that do happen to your life and im sure you did learn something on that one on which gambling addiction can really give you a miserable life and now you are separated on your husband im sure you do have a hard time on raising your kids.If you do let gambling addiction control you, then you would really mess up your entire life that you didnt ever imagined.
