IS CYAM still involved with qora and burst?
Don't quote me, but I believe Cyam is no longer involved with Qora, atleast directly.

Its fluctuating between 16 to 20 right now. I think it should settle around 50 in not so long. That would be a marketcap of about 3 million. Not that high for a coin like Qora.

If we try to ascertain marketcaps of various coins based on merit (features) alone, Qora would be clearly much much higher than 3 million. I don't think any qualified people in crypto would dispute that.

Right now at 16 sats its just ~1 mil. It has a lot of potential, especially with active development now, the old stale feeling is gone and it should only go up.

With the rate and developments going on at qora. no doubt it will hit 50 sats at the end of the year. A lot of features are in store for Qora.
i think after burst rises up qora will move as well we can expect to double or triple the price just needed to hold more while price still cheap,.

Quick questions for the Qora developers, are there any thoughts to include a tipping function within the Blog?

I think this would be a huge feature for individuals to be able to support their favorite content providers at the click of a button. With YouTube and Other Popular sites demonetizing content providers, the desire for alternative funding and content hosting for providers has never been so strong.

There is already a small tipping function. If you currently like  a blogpost (v26) you send 10 Qora to the author of the blogpost (I mean the function "like", that all of you know from youtube or facebook of course). It would be easily possible to add more sophisticated versions of that.
Hi Skerberus,

I'm thinking more along the lines of Subscriptions (like Twitch) and donations where the user can set the amount. Butt I will certainly take a look at what is implemented in the interim.

wow big rise on Polo. Some people are already starting to see the value in the revitalized Qora. It should do really well by end of the year.

That's great. More and more people need to make use of the awesome and unique features Qora offers. We have just been weak as a community in getting the word out.

BURST going mental on Poloniex, Qora not going anywhere.

lol yeah I think Qora will too. My hopes are set on 50+ sats. May be we will get there by end of the year

This coin is really good but has been a victim of devs quietness and apathy. That is no longer the case. Should go 50+ sats this year if things keep going well (hopefully they will)

You can view the crowdfund at http://qora.tech:9090/qrowdfund ignore InitTest QoraPR is the only crowdfund as of this moment.

But if you want to donate you need to have the wallet running which provides access to the decentralised qora web 127.0.0.1/qrowdfund/at?at=AGe5sF9wSskpjx7YJo8rGG4Kb4JcebGqGU

Somewhere I read that each crowdfund would run 6 - 8 weeks but this crowdfund page defaults to 2 weeks (or is that just me?) which would mean that this crowdfund is more than half over and has generated less than 4% of the end goal. Even if it is given 8 weeks it won't hit the target. Does this mean it will be abandon in favour of other crowdfunds? Do I get my Qora back if it does get fully funded?

The experience and process of doing the actual contribution on the qora web page with the wallet running was joyful. I loved the experience. It was completely novel (in comparison to other cryptos) and I am looking forward to the next crowdfund.

If you can, please make a video of do that and share it with us and on YT

Same for me Wink
I finally understood why so many people had been supporting this coin even though the market ignored it

On to another topic, but closely related, I am specifically interested in the possibility of either launching a fund and/or asset. I have a real world business I am considering expanding via Crypto(s) funding. However, I have many questions that I need to address prior to proceeding to be sure it will be a good fit.

If anyone believes they have above a layman's grasp of the implementation/management of Qrowdfunding and Qora, Burst or Nxt Assets, I'd very much like to open lines of communication with you. Please feel free to send me a PM.

Additionally, there will be some roles I'll need to fill as part of the expansion. If you are a talented crypto enthusiast with experience in web development, illustration or marketing, feel free to reach out to me as well.

@eshriek Thank you for posting that info, but I'm also looking for detailed information as opposed to brainstorming possibilities for 1.0 and 2.0.

All crowdfunding and asset projects (this goes for all coins) need/should include some sort of a prospectus detailing very specific objectives, deliverables, estimated costs, parties involved, timelines and milestones. This will set realistic expectations, add validity to the proposed fund and increase donator/investor confidence. Additionally, this would also hopefully result in a wider investor base since no one ignores a good deal, especially in crypto.

I know Crowetic has been busy with a new job and will get around to providing better documentation, then I will be better educated to make a more sound investment.
