It is very important to us choose a good quality of a leader.a leader who has a strong integrity and value of his personal life.he/she has the capacity to handle thier member or companions as a right leader.
There are people who were born leaders and there's only a few of them. For males, they call it their "alpha" who has the most influence on the group. As I noticed, most of the time looks does matter because leaders usually are good looking but not ALL THE TIME. The most important qualities of being a leader is not really by being good at everything. Its about setting an example, thinking in general and not per individual, anticipating what will happen next and making a plan that everyone will benefit of.
