I suggest to reduce the nature of the smoker, prepare the cigarettes as usual if and the next day subtract one, the next day one more so continue until the cigarette out / at least a week in less one cigarette will gradually stop by itself, try this way, because I used to also so.

Berbicara tentang berhenti merokok bisa membingungkan,karena saya pecandu berat yang menghabiskan 5 bungkus rokok/24 jam,berbagi cara telah saya lakukan untuk bisa berhenti merokok,tp sayang nya belum bisa,mungkin belum menemukan cara yang ampuh 100%.

only buy a pack at a time, and only carry two or three cigarettes with you at a time. Eventually you’ll find that when you want a smoke, you won’t have any immediately available. That will slowly wean you down to fewer cigarettes.

my uncle used to smoke alot but after his lung infection he just quit smoking .the way he quit smoking was by he used to eat some peanuts when he used to have urge to smoke , this was a long time before i guess 16 years before. the key is find an oral substitute

I quit smoking because there are many victims of lung disease caused by smoking. Smoking is very harmful to the body is also detrimental to the financial. I think there is no profit at all given from smoking that there is only loss. Therefore I recommend no longer need to smoke.
