I quit smoking by trying to buy vape I started to buy high content nicotine juices and then go lower as the time goes by until there is no nicotine content in my juices of vape.

Quitting smoking is so hard because that is your hobbies everyday and you cant quit smoke if you dont have inspiration.

Quiting smoking is not really easy to do. It's like addicted to something and want to let that thing to go. It's not really easy but you just have to try for the sake of your health.

I do not smoke so i guess i do not know how to quit smoking when i do not smoke. Well as there someways that could help you to quit smoking and that is to replace cigarette every time you think when you need it like keeping candies on the pocket to chew gum or candy instead of cigarette.
