Great idea with dev fund. 

What target level do you expect for the new ATH?

nice jump up back to 8$ ATH

I agree, dev fund will accelerate project growth and adoptation, also can help to focus on the mass adoption and promo activities like video in youtube, tutorial, social media, etc

changing so some of the block reward goes to a dev fund is a superb idea

Would love to donate, if we had a clear path and goals set.

I absolutely support this idea regarding dev fund, it will help improve the quality and speed of development and implementation of new features

   We just want to reiterate that in no way does the news concerning ICOs in China affect Radium Core or Project Radium. We never did an ICO and we are mostly traded on western exchanges.

   Ofcourse ICO tokens and especially chinese based ICO tokens (or smart contract platforms) are in a bit of a pickle

   Yeah once smartchain v3.1 is out we have a few proposals for the core protocol and otherwise we will get passed the community
