Best to mine them now before it gets listed on Coinchooser or similar.
A few people are grumbling because it is not yet listed on the major exchanges (it is just too new for them to look at it).
However, already APC is tradeable for FIAT on www.btc-8.com (although it is Chinese Yuan), which is a lot more than can be said for most of the established coins!

You should get the official miner from Applecoin.org it has the best efficiency and all the settings are explained.

I can't seem to mine this coin. I have tried both pools posted on the first page and I can't get any successful shares. Here is what my setup looks like:
Any ideas? I have set it up like all the other coins I have been mining and I have had no problems with them.

Sure you wont be getting bucket loads, but even a couple will be worth their weight down the track.

I think is coin is currently 10x more profitable than any other.
At current Block reward rates, there should be about 280,000 coins added per day of mining.
Current price averages around 0.2 CNY / APC = $0.0333 / APC
This is approximately $9300/day of mined coins.
I have an ATI HD 7850... nothing fancy. it is getting me 1000 APC / DAY... That is $33 a day, with a BASIC video card!!!
The guys with the full on rigs must be raking it in!

It looks like the dashboard of http://apcpool.dyndns.org isn't working. I can't even see whether i'm hashing for the pool or not.. Am I doing something wrong or did the pool failed again?

The dashboard does show the correct amount of confirmed APC's, but I think the unconfirmed ones are a bit laggy. Somestimes I'm not sure whether the pool is working or not because of that.

NFactor may be rising, kind of a second diff for scrypt-jane coins
Dashboards don't always work, can try Edit Account for total confirmed

Yea, I found out that Opera (the browser, not the famous Oprah Winfrey) can do this for me. However, I'm waiting many hours to withdraw a balance. It shows 'unaudited' for about 4-5 hours already I think.
