Try change your I-13 to I-17 or even higher if you dare. -I 17 is more than enough though.

Also question for the devs, it says that the random block reward starts at above 100, but I have mined 2 blocks that were under 100 reward each. What gives?

I have updated the client to version 1.2.1.1.
This includes the new logos, splash and checkpoints.
