They lied to get thousands of dollars out of me then kept it and gave me nothing in return. Is this not something the average person would complain about? Also it's not like complaining changes anything really, the machine is a fire hazard and makes pennies a day; it's fucking worthless garbage.

That's because you complained. They've publicly stated that people who complain publicly will a) get their orders last and b) not get any compensation.

They've also berated their customers in general for complaining so much about the delays, even going so far as claiming it's actually a reason for the delays, because their sensitive flower engineers get so upset reading the criticism that they have to get out their clutching pearls and fainting couches.

They're not just dishonest, scamming thieves - they're petty dishonest scamming thieves.

Today is February 24th 2015, my order placed on November 25th 2013 remains unfulfilled and they're keeping my money.

Unfortunately that's the reality of the situation.

 

Two more days and my order will be officially one year past due. Until you scumbags deliver $5k worth of mining hardware or refund my money you're THIEVES! You might be clever enough to skirt the law but this is a hard fact and everybody can see that you're scammers:

All three are Romanian, Alex and Iulia are convicted criminals for conducting credit card fraud over the internet and Danial is the money man.

I should also note that Black Arrow's other product line is a miniature credit card reader designed specifically for conducting fraud.

Based on past performance, here are your answers:

So. You have manufactured all X3s and they're ready to ship?

1) Where the fuck is my miner? I reluctantly confirmed my order with you, you have my money and my address.

2) What about the compensation units you promised? If all orders have been completed then it's time to cough up the goods.

Again, I'll reiterate what I said in bfl thread as the same applies world wide, not just the alphabet soup in the USA/Europe.

Complaining to the biggest mafia groups about crooks is going get you nowhere! They are their to keep compliant people (programmed at school to be obediant and no question back, very little education) in fear (fictional events actually realised) and to allow crooks to run freely. China's crooks are as much in bed with USA crooks as Russia's crooks are in bed with china's. Its one giant jerk circle but people are too dumb to see this.

Of cause, mafia's can't trust or rely on each other forever before it all comes tumbling down and that's what we are beggining to see as more and more people are beginning (finally) to wake the fuck up!

Of cause, greedy, vain, gluten people obsessed over possessions (a lot of people here) are the last to see the truth. The truth is a hard pill to swallow, realising your life as been a lie but if you get over that heartache, the truth sets you free!

I'm willing to bet minersource closed down to avoid having to honor store credit/gift cards issued to people for the blackarrow fiasco. Glad I used my $1000 gift card a few months ago cuz I feared this exact situation.

Where's the FTC, IRS, FBI when you need them? These scammers at MS should be bitch-slapped.
