I am agree with you bitcoin is really good for our economy, as today in my country too there are a lot of people who are not employed only because of bitcoin, bitcoin gives us ways for making money and it increase our income which is good sign that our life is getting better with bitcoin, bitcoin reduced the number of beggars in society and with time people are trying to earn good money. It is certainly helpful to the economy in following ways:
1) Inspiring young individuals for innovations: Most important benefit in my opinion is that the success of a technology like bitcoins encourages a lot of young people to start thinking on the same lines. We may start seeing similar projects by researchers or students in future. This will be useful for the society.
2) All types of people are investing in crypto. Majority is middle class in hope of getting some extra money for business or other investment purposes.

For me yes, bitcoin is really helpful to the economy. Everyone can do bitcoin. Employed or not, they can fo bitcoin. During their free time they can spend them to bitcoin and can help them have additional incomes as well. It is also emjoying and its a fast way to have extra money. In the near future once its legalized already, these can help society grow and maybe can lessen poverty as well with the help of tje government.
