The biggest reason is the market or better the conditions of the market. Whatever project decided to list in these condition commited suicide. In these conditions it is not possible to list and retain the value for shareholders.
In this market every one want success in no time so everyone come with their unique idea and try to do something helpful to the people which they can use to earn lots of money but the icos was very difficult to understand many investors are don’t even understand this thing as well this is one of the big reason that is falling down.
Another reason is every one right now want to do something very interesting that can help them to love their work in that case icos was very boring and difficult too. I think 50% icos fail for their developer you see they think which they understand normal people will also understand but this thing is not happing there and it just falls and ruined many peoples dream now people don’t want to hear about this let's see what happen in near future.

There are a lot of reasons for this, I will try to consider a few, firstly it is a saturated market, that is too much competition and some projects simply can not compete with other platforms sufficiently; secondly, the insufficient attention of the marketing company in order to attract good investors is necessary good marketing
Based on some of my observations the reasons why some ICO project fails is because of the lack of clear and concrete plan. This leads to not gaining the interest of investors hence will lead to the project's downfall. Every ICO project's whitepaper should have the clear and concrete information about their vision, the team, the project, the road map, development and timelines and the what's in it for the investors, that way we can gain their trust and confidence on the project.
Many projects are scammers. As many people sell right away, afraid of losing all their money. Investments have always been high-risk
I know that they fail because of lack of promotions there are many good ico's that strongly run and has a good team but their marketing strategy are not good same as others that have teams that focus on it and end up like scammers that's why many of investors now are limit to invest to those wonderful projects because focusing on the ico's does not give them a good ending.
I agree that the promotion strategy to promote new projects is very important to attract investors, but it seems that the team that manages the project is lacking in initial planning, such as having a special strategy or additional plans if there is a possibility of future obstacles. Because this is very important so that the project can get more opportunities to succeed.
Now a lot of bad ICO. Because of such SCAMS investors are already afraid to make a mistake in the project. All hope for bounty hunters, so that they find such projects and inform everyone.
Reasons why ICOs fail is because many of them have the intention of going away with their investors fund while some out of greediness find it difficult to get listed in good exchange.
If an ICO fail because of the quality of communication, they deserve to do so, marketing must be done good these days, inevitable.
The reasons may be different, some ICOs are simply in fact not interesting to investors and do not raise funds for their discovery, and some just run away with the money of investors!
The only thing I know is that because of the lack of support such as investors and many buyers and their partnerships in such a way that the ico fails to fail because others do not have a very good goal and do not reach softcap so others ico they are not continuing their project so far fewer see how good ico is going to be sucess and the rest of it is no longer a success.
There are many reasons for the ICO to fail. Since the idea is not feasible, it does not develop in reality. Have a good idea, a technology solution, a talented and dedicated team, an experienced and reliable mentoring team. The absence of any element of the ICO will fail.
For the prosperity of the ICO, there is a constant flow of money to the market. And now it's too early to talk about this, today the market is cleared of parasitic organizations. Survive only those behind which are real developments.
Most of ICO fails because of bear market. We only not considered the because of bounty hunter they loss their value.
I believe that the failure of the ICO in the market depends on the fall of the market and the fact that the coins depreciated.
I agree with you ,but the coins can lose their initial price,fall to SAG ,but if there is a complete depreciation it just says that the team is not so good,and did not calculate the risks .
This failing depends on investments, as others talk about, I think this idea is very logic because there are a lot of really promising but unseccessful ICOs.
Good points, or it can also be, that the team is simply not good enough. Lack of experience, enthusiasm can be the reason of not getting through the idea.
