at last i have to say , do not sell your portfolio for loss. if market grows we have to expect downs , thats normal. be patient

The main problem is that nobody knows when the market will be pumped again - we can spend years waiting for the miracle that will never come..
Yes i beg to agree on this, patient is the best tool in this hard situation which is in red. Panic selling can not help you on this, just wait for the right time that hit your target for you to cut losses on your part. Hold can also a big help on this too.
