I think there's no doubt that the token will be able to be exchanged into btc or other crypto. Isn't it?
Off course, there are exchanges for this, and hopefully very soon shapeshift systems which do this automatically.
Maybe a partnership with UTrust could make this more convenient? Utrust is building a system to make payments online, so if you could immediatly transfer the tokens to fiat via another system that would be a solution i guess.

As I understood from the white paper. On this platform you will be able to use all services related to renting, communal payments, home care, etc.I think those are to be paid separately in the old conventional way. Unless i missed something
