Is the ripple cryptocurrency to talk about it here? In my opinion, this clipper hamsters and fatten the pockets of its creators. Not long. Or in short.
Long term, Ripple is controlled by Banks. There will be no high volatility as they control the price 
I agree. Also, since it doesn't move that much, its value would be maintained more so on the margin where it is now, and that is not very high. Thus, if you want to get substantial profit from investing in Ripple, then you would really have to extend your patience leaps and bounds to get a good return. On the bright side, Ripple is one of the coins that, even if it has a low value, it's market movements are always good, so it could be safely said that your investment would bear fruit in time.
Can people really fail to understand that the Ripple project is a project that does not apply to crypto currency, I think that many have already understood this, but they can not accept this fact and they continue to invest in this project.

I think it's good to do short-term trading, try to make your plan and strategy. I trade for some of the altcoins I've watched and researched. but not with this month, this month is really so bad for altcoin. I just hold and monitor every movement.
I would say long term.
Long Term, at least a six-to-twelve-month high rise. because of the advantages of the ripple coin itself that makes the coin a long time in price increases, it is caused ripple using the centralized system therefore some banks are willing to cooperate with ripple coin.

Ripple is better suited for a short term investment, I think. I say that because its value is low, but it's growth percentage is quite high. If you view coin value database in several sites, you would see that Ripple usually is in the top five of the coins that show good movement. With that said, if you have a fair amount of capital, you can get a good amount of coin because the value is low. But since its movements always show good return in a short while, then you can dispose off it quickly and easily for a fair margin of profit.
I think for a good long-term investment at Ripple because Ripple is a very popular and growing network, it's true the price is stuck there, but you're looking at the old history of being up. And RIpple coins are suitable for anyone who can not watch or market for a few minutes, hours, even all day.
I just think you can hold xrp for a long time.
Ripple for me is for long term hodl. As for its maximum supply it will take again some time to reach it's all time high. The market today is very risky, so if you believe that its on its ath why not think about of selling some percentage of it to take some profits. You invest, so you're expecting for some gains. The rest of it hodl.
Ripple is a long coin, and until now it still exists and continues to grow, it is true that the price is stuck there-situ only, but if we look at the old history is constantly rising new things, I think this coin will continue to grow for the future and I prefer to invest long-term for this coin.

Ripple is the highly misunderstood cryptocurrency. Ripple as a company has huge potential but XRP as a cryptocurrency isn't a good long term investment. XRP must be preferred for short term investment like buying on rumors and selling on news. In long term because of huge supply that company releases periodically, it becomes inflationary and hence a not preferred investment choice.
Ripple is very speculative and i use it like short term investment buy before the pump and waiting for a while to sell high

With the Ripple, my advice is to invest in the long-term, as I also monitor ripple operations and realize that the cryptos are very potent in practice when linked to many of the world's banks to cooperate with banks help speed up the transaction up to 10 times compared with the current time. So over the next 3 years, the Ripple will be very potent, and it will be possible to overwhelm Ethererum to become the largest crypto in the cryptocurrencies market.
