Russia can lose in this only because it does not have much experience in market perturbation. If you switch your attention to the cryptocurrency, you can lose control of other market institutions.

Russia is trying to show itself from the better side but I am not sure that we'll have such changes in the common trend. I prefer to think that we must to be happy to the less.

Sorry, but I do not think that today there is even the slightest chance that cryptocurrencies will be legalized in Russia, because today Russia is very far from what it may be, believe it is a fact that today is known to everyone who knows cryptocurrency.

Russian government believe that it is necessary to legalize operations with cryptocurrency. They say that it will help the state to fight illegal money transfers. Moreover, central bank has the same opinion but with the condition of creating own russian cryptocurrency. What do you think about it?

This is good, with countries like russia you can be sure that they are always going to be at the forefront when it comes to taking on new technology, so I am now surprised to see that they are taking the lead to legalizing cryptocurrencies for their citizens to use. This is why they are one of the world powers, it is their ability to take new  technology and make it theirs.

Never in Russia will not be friendly to the cryptocurrency. Russia is a country with a totalitarian form of government, there is no place for human rights and freedoms. Therefore, the cryptocurrency in this country will be under strict state control.
Yeap you absolutly right, I would add that Russia has a central bank which, according to the constitution, is not subordinate to the government and belongs to the international monetary fund. Therefore, Russia cannot make any independent decisions on financial matters.

I have found a phenomenon in which countries that are sanctioned by the United States are embracing cryptocurrencies, and some countries that are going bankrupt. For example Argentina.

I think that Russia, like many other countries, now has a waiting position. Countries are watching the bubble burst or not. Many see bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a threat to the national currency. When experts will understand and convey to the government the meaning of blockchain technology everything will become easier. But there will be no single currency on all continents and in all countries.

There are a lot of conversations on this subject, but in fact no laws have been adopted yet. I do not think that the legalization of crypto currency in this country will be a positive moment, as it will be necessary to pay taxes for operations with crypto-currencies, which few people may like.

Great news! Let them be friend, no one ask not to!
Russia is not trying to remove Bitcoin from the network. They just know that there is very little they could do if things go wrong.
