I also believe that Mane won't move to SPL now. He has no bad issues on Bayern Munich, so he is likely to stay until his contract expires on June 30, 2025. Anyway, he won't have a better career if he moves to SPL. He can't play in UCL anymore and miss the time to play in a top league in the world. SPL level is still far from Europe top leagues, it is not enough for a player who still plays in his best form.

Regarding Bernardo Silva, I don't hear valid news that he will leave Man City. I'm sure Bernardo Silva is still an important part of Man City squad, Guardiola won't put his name on the transfer list.
