11 Q.    What does that date tell you about the
12 message?
13 A.    It tells me that something has been
14 faked.  Either the date has been faked or the
15 screenshot has been faked.
16 Q.    Why do you say that?
17 A.    Because Bitmessage wasn't released at
18 that time back in October of 2012.

In a deposition, the creator of Bitmessage has confirmed that the supposed chat messages between Dave Kleiman and Craig Wright are forgeries."

The defense tried to install doubt by claiming CSW could have had a pre release version or a hacked copy from the dark web, not sure the judge will buy it.

That's quite a lot of forgeries that fraudtoshi would have been the victim of while sending his peices of evidence to the Court Grin Grin Grin

When a judge uses the following quote it basically means that you are fucked:

“Oh! What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.”

Is this the bit, where Craig does a runner to one of Calvin's African hideouts?

He'll run out of options soon.

There's always more options ...

CSW teams up with Trump to purchase Greenland where the transfer of energy from the melting ice to heat is used to mined BSV. After all the ice melts, you mine for rare earth metals. Afterwards, you replace the ice and put in a giant ski resort.

Interested to see whether this leads to anything. I presume not much.

As for whether Craigy is ballsy, I presume when he embarked on this bilge he imagined it would be a breeze. He forgot there are millions of people brighter and more invested in reality than him.

Classic narcissistic overestimation.

I doubt he will avoïd criminal charges, especially when the judge barely masks his opinion after the hearings.

I doubt Craig would be stupid enough to inject something like this into SV -- he (or anybody else) would likely be caught pretty quickly, given the scrutiny their project receives.

Is that difficult to check ?

I'm reposting my question.

Does BSV has a premine like Bitcoin gold. BTG had a 200 000 premine and creators (scammers) became millionaires for doing absolutely nothing

 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-gold-a-well-thought-scam-2253633

No, but Craig has Submitted under oath the first 70 btc mined transactions. here’s the chance for all you Twitter law graduates to take him down for fraud.

Right... I mean, Satoshi has the biggest premine known to man. But its only CSW's if you take everything he says at face value, which we tend not to do... It would mean he also has a giant BCH and various fork premines as well...

Most recently he said he's giving it all away to education-related charities as well, even if he does gain access to it, which I'm 99.999% certain he won't, so...

To charities ? Are you kidding me ? CSW and charities ? That bastard was trying to steal someones identity and now he is talking about charities ? That is ridiculous. As you said that wan't happen. And I have the reasons to believe that there was a premine of BSV and it is hidden.

I knew, u are a real high quality judge

I'll leave that to the U.S. court (who also happened to come to the conclusion that Craig is full of shit).

I think he's a very special person with a unique set of balls. You'd have to have a huge pair to be so confident in pulling off such a fraud.I get the feeling that this guy will go unpunished and will probably just slowly sulk off into obscurity. If he's found guilty and has to pay huge sums of money he'll probably just go on the run as opposed to facing justice.

We have seen this type of behavior from well-known sociopaths and scammers. In fact, some like Bryce Weiner and Adam Guerbuez still espouse their bullshit over at crypto Twitter. But yeah, these people will eventually just be hugely ignored into obscurity.

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it
Quote
US Judge Beth Bloom has denied a request by Craig Wright to scuttle a lawsuit filed against him because of his past testimony and his credibility before the court, according to a court filing from August 15.

Quote
In weighing the evidence, the Court simply does not find the Defendant’s testimony to be credible,” Bloom wrote.
