as for COINS-E fixing this, ill believe it when i see it!! After many months of being ignored and strung along i have lost all faith!!!!

Ticket #10135 Dark coins not showing up.
Darkcoin block chain explorer shows 386 confirmations, and that the output to the Coin-e wallet has not been redeemed.
Is the wallet not connected? Not connected to the correct chain?
I'm sure I'm not the only one with a problem..

They have locked up my 1.46437914 bit coins for over a week now. I have no outstanding offers/trades
I sent 3 support messages which were ignored.
I then sent another support message being a bit threatening to expose them on forums. They responded almost immediately (by closing my ticket with no explanation)

@crackers44 - Your ticket was closed and merged with your previous ticket regarding the same issue that we did respond to. I understand your frustration and we are working to resolve your issue right now.
If any others in this thread are still having issues please post your ticket numbers and we will get them resolved.

How hard is it to look at the address on the blockchain to verify if its the correct one??? @ BTCs still missing and now their so called support ,Mathew, has unfollowed me so i cant even send him dms asking for my btcs back!!!!! unbelievable way to do business!! I sent a netcoin tx a month ago or so, never appeared. check on the block chain that it was valid and processed, made 2 tickets, never heard a word back. So bye-bye coins-e, bye-bye coinex, hello again cryptsy (sigh). Im just mining litecoins now until gpu mining becomes obsolete, and which point I will network my computers to have lan-parties for Quake and Doom 3-D 
should also mention that a day or so later heard news about a possible fork in the netcoin chain. I really stopped caring after that because it seems no-one is able to withdraw anyways, so take my 200 some netcoins and enjoy them, karma's a bitch!
