I think that for a little amount of tokens you can sell your altcoins earned on bounty campaigns, everyone seems to be well worth it now! generally I dont suggest sell tokens for nothing.

If the price already fell, then sell your coins can be not favorable. On the other hand they can fall in price and any more never come back to the previous level. Thus you will lose money and will lose potential profit which could be received from purchase for this money of other coins.

if I personally make the decision for hold the altcoin that I have for now, because the altcoin price that I have is going down so much that if I sell it now then I will lose for my money.

Some altcoins can not be held for so long because they don't have any usecase and as such they can't stand the test of time. Other coins that have good usecase will stand the test of time and as such can be held for so long

Much better to hold our funds because of bearish market it's not alright to sell what we have now. Many altcoin now is suffering because of this bearish market so holding is the best we can do.

in situations like this I would rather recommend holding a holding on my altcoin, because I prefer a safe path rather than having to sell altcoins at low prices. we can be optimistic about altcoins if there are potentially good altcoins

Ofourse, it would always be holding which is the best thing to do during the market fluctuations. Given that downtrends are not permanent, recovery should be expected which is an enough reason to hold and be patient with the difficulties in the market.
