we all invested on good and promising altcoins that we believe is the best coin.
When the market begins its recovery bitcoin is usually the first one to grow. Therefore, I would recommend everyone turning btc into altcoins on the wave of growth.
I would sell half of my bitcoin to fiat and half of it on altcoins I like. I would buy three altcoins and wait for it to grow. There are altcoins that got huge growth within a few months only or a year, with better knowledge you can pick a good altcoin.
In my opinion, you should buy altcoin, because altcoin prices are constantly falling, so buying them now is too much, they will grow again later this year and you will become rich
Why sell bitcoin now as a good price for it, the more it gradually begins to creep to the top and the limit of its growth is not yet known and only growth is ahead

The fiat value of bitcoin doesn't really matter when trading alts in the current market. Always comparing vs fiat was one of the mistakes I made when first getting into this. Trade alts to increase your bitcoin holdings, because bitcoin will always, eventually, return to its ATH (if not higher) if you can wait a few weeks, or months at most. So you can use bitcoin's ATH to calculate the medium-term value of your holdings when you need an emotional boost.
If I have to make such a choice I would better pick altcoin. I do not see any sense in buying fiat if you are going to trade. You will still need the money for it.
I haven't sold my bitcoin in a while but I used to sell it to buy fiat or altcoins. I have purchased plenty of different altcoins (IOTA, ZRX, Waves, ETN etc.) with it. However I am not planning to buy a new altcoin in near future. I will most likely just trade my bitcoin to fiat when the price is high and buy it back at lower price.
Buying and selling is a trader's kind of play, it defeats boredom specially when you are hodling long enough. It builds skill and widen knowledge on crypto. I see you got wise planning. That's smart.

If bitcoin goies into soar in the coinmarketcap i sell it into fiat because need it to buy things to survive my daily needs and others part i invest to altcois and if the altcoins goes soar in the market i will sell it agin converting into bitcoin that's called trading strategy. Buy low sell high.
in some cases it is reasonable to sell bitcoin and invest in altcoin, but not always. We know many cases when bitcoin went up, and all other coins went down. One way or another, the bitcoin is the father of the entire crypto-currency world and must be reckoned with. Therefore, the choice is yours. But know here there is no predetermined correct solution
Now I think opposite situation it's better to sell altcoins and buy bitcoin, its similar situation to what was before winter run
I firmly believe that it is better to sell altcoins and buy bitcoin, because bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency and has survived despite all challenges since 2009, while many altcoins exist only for a year or less, and I am not sure in their future.

Now I think that btc is the only right choice for investment and holding. I won't sell them or buy altcoins, I will buy more btc if it will go lower.

In current situation I think it iOS better to sell Bitcoins via fiat money. Because all even big altcoins as Ethereum, Dash, Bitcoin cash, IOTA are falling as a shit. Now I prefer to fix profit only in fiat money.

I never have thought to convert my cryptocurrency into fiat money. I will keep cryptocurrency for long time. And recently my favorite trading coin is ETH because it costs only $400
The money should be to keep on 4 forms : fiat , bitcoin, altcoin, ethereum. The variant using at the specific moment for currency its depends on situation
When you have made some reasonable cash on an investment, i normally convert to USD , then wait for price to dip before buying again.It helps me avoid buying buy at the peak
Unless you have some knowledge about technical analysis it is going to be impossible for you to follow that strategy and the problem is that in many altcoins you cannot apply technical analysis since its market cap is very low, this is a known limitation of technical analysis and it has been discussed in books, articles and videos all over the Internet.
