Yes if a person buy bitcoin at a price and then he sell them on a price which is lower than his buy price then it is not good and will be considered as a stupid action by many of us. well it would be considered a stupid decision if you sold your bitcoin at lowest price ever probably because of panic that the price will never go up again. Well that's for the weak hands though.
