You can still wait until the price of coins down again. BTC and ETH are now down, and if you want to invest certainly can. But both these coins can still be down another price and you should still monitor the development of these coins. And if the coin has been very down could directly invest.

I think now is a good time to buy altcoins. However, it is better not to buy on all available funds, and buy parts, as there is no guarantee that the price will not go lower. In comparison with the peak of the market now very attractive prices to buy.
This is the right time to invest in crypto big time and make big money in the last quarter of the year. I believe the market would recover by then.

It is good time to invest in some good valueable and potential altcoins,price of altcoin is still very low we should buy and patiently hold if we want to make profit from its in future
I think every time when bitcoin pumps up is a chance for the altcoin. because when btc decreases, the money will flow back to altcoins. by this, you can gain some profit.
I dont think it's a good time to accumulate some, but, It's not bad to sort some altcoin that will jump up soon
It is better to buy altcoins while in low price cause the next thing that will happen will be green days which means price going bull run. It will later on double or triple your invetments.

Ethereum is a good investment for now and if you want to invest you should be able to choose a stable coin and if bitcoin increases then the altcoin will also increase, so buy an altcoin now. I buy altcoins as soon as I see that there is a prospect for growth. If you see this perspective on the asset that you are considering, then of course buy it.
You can buy alt-coin any amount you want, but make sure to choose altcoin something reliable and fast moving in the market, Usually I choose altcoin that is on the toplist in coin market cap.
Everytime is the right time to buy altcoins even the price did not increased all you have to do is research which altcoins is good,better and profitable that can give you a huge amount of profit and with a high return in the future.
It's been 3 months, almost all coins have experienced a very drastic decline. I don't think about investing, because until the end of August they have not been able to move better. So it's better to hold the coins I have than to buy. But if you are sure, the coin market will come back soon, it doesn't hurt to buy altcoins at this time.

we can buy altcoin now but it will better if we can analyze every coin that can increase later so we don't waste our money to wait for a long time. this will be difficult to do as we know that every coin have the same opportunity to increase and we need to make an analysis in deeply so we can find good coins that can give us a profit. maybe we can find more than three coins in the market but remember, we need to know how much money we still have so we don't use all the money to buy the coins. we need to have balance in our account just in case if the market falls too deep again.
