I don`t advice to buy Ethereum using all your money. It's very risky. You should diversify your portfolio. You can buy Ethereum and other coins like EOS, ZRX, ADA, NEO, etc. It to minimize the investment risks. But It`s your decision of course.
When i review NEO, that shows me last year's move of ETH, so i have invested in NEO this morning and i will hold it till end of this year, my average price expectation for NEO is at least 4-5X from this price

for now buy eth is a good choice ,, but for myself same with you, i have not thought to buy eth because i see the market is sluggish ,, there is no graph increase ,,

You can buy eth and other coin like ripple, litecoin,etc.to minimize your investment risk that may incurred.That is a wise recommendation to do but decision depends on you as investor.
ETH is a good solid coin. But as a rule of thumb "never go all-in" is a decent advice imo. I'd buy some BTC and some alts also and keep some FIAT to buy dip etc

It is better to distribute your budget on a few coins, Ethereum is not the only promising coin. And to store all in one currency is risky, if something happens to it, you lose everything.

I prefer to invest in a few coins to spread my risks. ether of course a great coin,but the entire amount I would not invest in it,but it is purely individual
