It's really nice to see top 20 altcoin was in green for now except ethereum. Dash looks good too, it has increased by more than 5% and I'm sure the others will follow up. They looks like starting to pump slowly, hopefully it will continue like this.
I don't recommend that you invest in the altcoin right now, because the price of ETH is falling rapidly, and the coins that rely on Ethereum are falling with ETH!

I may go to coinmarletcap, choose the first alt coins and see if there ir something interesting. But it is your money so its your decision, up to you man.

The market seems to be range bound between 200 and 230 billion. The odds of going up seem much better than it breaking lower. If it goes lower it can't be by much. Seems like a safe entry point.
