Yes why not? But before investment into an ICO you should follow ins and out of that ico. There are some factor to success in an ico. Roadmap, investment, Subject, management, Escrow, ICO price of token etc. So you have to look forward about this subject. If it goes all are good you may investment into an ICO. Rather than investing in an ICO I would say go for an altcoin. They are much better than the new coins. First let them sink in the market boundaries. Till then choose Paragon, Cardano or Power ledger. Invest in ICO project does have risks. But you have to be more careful and do some checking. But you have to dare to invest because it gives an advantage. Like the project that now I follow, you can invest in them. Because I am convinced that this project will surely be a success.
