For me its a yes i have joined many ICO and all of them are successful but in order to achieve that you need extensive quality research to prevent scam i dont want to lose money because of hype coins ! Well, it all depends on you and your preference. Do you think if you come upon a certain bounty campaign, is it worth spending a ton of cash on this project? Think about how much will the project fly if you placed your money there and how much you will be making once everything has been set after the ICO.

Invest in an ICO only if you believe in that ICO. Decide for yourself if the ICO has a strong project and see if it is worth investing in it and go for it
I would recommend to wait until an ICO is coming to an exchange. Only few ICOs at this year could gain profits, 95 percent of all ICOs got a big losses for the investors. So if you are interested in a coin, just wait till it will be live on exchanges and buy much cheaper 
I agree. Even ico got 50% you can experience to lose your money because after it list in exchange for sure the price can drop and that is the reason why many people invested in ico got lost.
