Airdrops are just a free coin so you already gain some amount just by selling them because most of the airdrops will be a shitcoins.

Don't trust airdrop tokens because they have no scope . Try to sell them when you feel the amount enough for you .sell them batch by batch . don't sell all
at once.

this is a simple question but quite difficult enough to answer it  Grin Grin
ok, I will try to answer,
I think it depends on the coins, do some research on what issues will happen to it coin, if there is a good issue, I think it will affect the value of the coin, and it will be good to hold.
its just my personal opinion

if in my opinion should be stored first because the price is still a little.

it depends on the token, some tokens has a nice value after you recieved it just like what  happened to ebtc but of course most of them are just worthless with a little to less value though most people and airdrophunters are holding them for a longer time until the token gets listed on major exchanges (not etherdelta ). yet there were some that sells and trade their tokens right after they recieved it on thier wallets, to get an instant profit.

Well, as a fortunate recipient of airdrop for the first time, i really have no idea about HODLing it. I sold it at on normal price without thinking that it would doubled someday. And it did. It just did. The market value got doubled after a couple of weeks when its market value goes down drastically.
So i learned a lesson that i should not sell it instantly whenever i got a token from airdrops again. Afterall, i got nothing to lose.

It depends, if you see that the price of that coin is high and will give you profit, go sell it but if it has low price and might lose some of your Gas, try not to sell and just keep it. This is just my suggestion, the action is yours.

do your reasearch read the roadmap and the whitepaper if you see the future on the token keep on hold.  most are shitcoins so you should be vigilant, I guess sell some hold some would work, anyway there is nothing to lose as airdrops are free.

It depends on the current situation per coins (ICO project). And when I say it depends, you'll have to look out for the project road map. I depend on my selling projection if they have the capability of enlisting their coins thru popular exchanges such as polo, yobit and the like.

Some coin prices surge up once it hit the first exchange site and people immediately sell them once they have value. That's where most people are wrong especially if the coin will be having a lot of improvement in the future (like what I mentioned above).

Other coins with too much hype but w/o enough plans or projection are the one who you should sell immediately. Again, once it has already a value.

Hello,
Yesterday I saw some increase in my total estimated token value, and today it dropped significantly.
It appears that a lot of people are selling their airdropped tokens as soon as they get them.
I have not sold a single token from airdrops, and with the exception of some them, they seem to be mostly losing value in time.
Should I do the same or hodl hoping that some of them may increase in value, closing the gap I lose in the process?

This is a hard question, if you think the Project won't last long, you can sell them away so that you get at least something in fiat such as btc, eth or usdt. If you really see the hype, you can hold your airdrop tokens.

Airdropped tokens should be sold quickly. I don't know why people are buying these things. Most of airdrop tokens dies in short time.

It seems to me now is to hold your tokens. After a hard fork of bitcoin I think that the price will drop and altcoins will go up.

If you can find an exchange with volume to sell them go a head ofcourse. Because think that if you dont sell others will sell and pricce is going to drop. Because so many people have those airdrop coins in their wallets.

Most of airdropped coins is a shit coins, the price of which dumped to 0. So, no need to hold it.

I have the same opinion with you. Most of airdropped coins can't survive for a longer time. Some of them could be pumped but not long after it, airdropped coins will be dumped and die! There's nothing special from airdropped coins.

I'm hold all airdrops which have some project. I get it for free and if it even 1% chance to get 10+x I'll use it. Why I should lost my time to sell airdrop, if it give me less then 10$ at begging?

As a rule, all tokens that fall on the stock exchange immediately begin to lose value, since most holders of such coins immediately try to sell them, and therefore the demand for them quickly falls. However, some tokens somewhere in six to eight months are restored in price and can even have a good growth. It depends on the quality of the project and its significance. If you are sure of the further popularity and support of the project, then its tokens after a while may rise in price. You just have to wait.

Dump on the green candles, and buy more on the dips. But, I hold my airdrop coins too, especially if I can actively participate and have some skill or knowledge that I can contribute to the project. I generally don't participate in airdrops unless I believe there's some way I can contribute to the project to increase its value or utilize its network developments to advance my position.

Airdropped coins are unnaturally getting higher values nowadays, I think it's better to sell them if they have high value and are already listed for more than a week.
I noticed that too but well, it is airdrop and I really do not have anything to lose. I just received an airdrop recently as I have never given a shit about them before, but I thought, whatever, after all, they are free and I have nothing to lose at all.

I am looking at keeping most of them anyway to even really see or prove my point if they end up shitty or not. I guess time will tell. Reading through some projects though, some seem to have some good idea.

Most of airdropped coins is a shit coins, the price of which dumped to 0. So, no need to hold it.

That's right. Why hold shitcoins? Sooner or later they will all turn into shits. They do not even have anything proper to discuss about their coins when promoting them through airdrops. There are only a handful of coins that recently conducted airdrops that belong to considered legit projects. There was Senderon and just recently there was also Ingeniciel.
