In every day of waking up there's a good future awaits, so stay calm and have focus on everything with cryptocurrency. Don't be afraid, because if we let that fears dominate us nothing will happen for our future but frustrations.

I would say don't stay away but analyse the market and you should be able to find great entry point in coins you like or would like to invest in. I think this is the time to invest instead of staying away. But always do you own reasearch and only invest when you feel you are ready for it.

Though the current condition of the general crypto market is discouraging as the bear is still very much around with the price of coin in red but I think you should not leave because of this because this time will soon pass and the bull run will take over the market. Continue to hold patiently beause when the market recover, the prices of coin will also rise.

Losing should not be treated lightly but should be seen as a very unfortunate. I think if this is not your risk capital it is advisable that you should sell as the market is still going down further but if it is your risk capital and you have long team view then you should hold as to me no matter how the market goes down it will rise again.

Sometimes it is difficult to admit that you made a mistake, it seems that you probably invested in cryptocurrencies at the worst possible time and I'm sorry for you, I really think this market is going to recover and if you hold for long enough you will see profits but if you really feel like you cannot hold your coins anymore then it could be a good idea to sell and forget about this market for some time.

If that's what you want to do then you are free to do it but you should still believe it if you trust it. Things would get better soon and the dip is just a part of it's votality. Giving up for what you believe in is like being weak. We should just believe and trust it.
