I will not guarantee my words, but, actually XLM has a potential value because its good concept. But now, the rate is still around $0.188813. It probably needs more time to be bigger. Just be patient for holding this Stellar. I also have some XLM and still keep them.
If you are still not late for the early time while the price is still not low, then you can sell it right away for you to not suffer any much more loss. But when you are too late and the price completely drops, you must hold it and just wait for the market price to go bull again, you have suffered much loss and when you sell it, you are in a deep trouble.
I will not sell my currency until I earn it. And I am very optimistic about the currency I invest in. It is only a matter of time.

according to my view, Many people want to have some advantage, and they are very holding their coins for the long term, but if your coins now have a good market price value there is no reason to hold it, and if you are satisfied with the price today just sell it. if I still sell it until the profit target is reached.

Yes I agree with that, just wait until the market are fully recovery or we will loose the profit. The market are still on the dip situation, so just wait & see also hold your. We all dont know when this situation will be better, but sometimes we need to believe it will have great future.

I think it's better now to be arrested first, because if now sold do not get any profit because now the market is down, and I suggest to sell it at the end of the year because according to my prediction the price will rise at the end of the year.

I advise you not to panic and hold coins. Wait for the market to recover and then sell the coins. 
I think this is a decision you'll have to personally make to avoid blame games and unnecessary regrets.You have to make it based on the value of the coin you want to sell, the current market situation and the intentions you have with the coins, If you have coins you consider valuable then there is no need to sell now, especially at the low prices they are going at in the market, But if its a coin you dont value most then you can as well do away with it, just remember there s always a chance that coin might attract value later on

Sell or Hodl all depends on you, you better keep seeing the development of the coin. Do an analysis of the coins you have, if you think the coins will increase from day to day then holding it is the best, but if the coin has an obstacle to increase, it is better to sell it because holding is just useless.
It is better to be patient than to rush into selling. It always feel as if at every point in time market is trying investors's patience to see if they really know what they are doing. When you hold just a little bit longer then you win.

Yes patience, everyone will say be patient. There is no one in this world who wants to lose, everyone wants to always profit either in investing or trading. Cryptocurrency has left its highest price, so everyone who has or bought when their ATH price will suffer a huge loss.
