Yes, still there are possible ways that it can reach to 1000 sats but it needs some time to reach there.

What would happen with the value when Sia gets added on Bittrex? Would it increase or decrease? Please ellaborate your answer. I don't have much experience with new coins being added to exchanges. I'm proud passenger of the train btw, thanks for this topic 
Yes, the price of Sia coin will increase when it is listed on multiple exchanges and many people are expecting there is strong growth in Sia coin. But once it is listed on Bittrex then automatically the price of Sia will increase.

You really lost patience at last 100 meter of the race. We are finally there at Bittrex and trade is open. It is still not too late to rejoin the party before it is really too late in real senses. It is slightly over the 400 satoshi which has to gain volume and value in next hours and so on from there upwards.

Well, here my prediction/speculation:
According to dollar's value linked to the economic politic in USA, world markets will think some strategies. It's possible to see how btc rises until $2.500 next months.
According btc's value, if Sia works well according their roadmap and people still look at Sia as a good investment, it's possible that we be able to see 2.000 sat on August/September.
If Sia is another victim of strange speculation (strong sells with no-sense, like ripple these last 4 days), maybe we will see how its price stabilizes around 950 sats on July.
Today It's easy to see how little investors is selling their coins for 350 sats or less. Remember that four months ago, coins with three digits now they have four or five (STR, XRP, NXT...).
I think, September will be the official path to 2.000sats if all is right.
