I have seen much about SILENT NOTARY, especially on Twitter, so many people talking about it so I had to come and see for myself and am busy reading all about it tonight as I am thinking to perhaps invest a little here later on.

Our smartconract use SNTR as a fuel. The chatbot receive USD as a payments for the service. To buy a SNTR for smartcontract service, chatbot use a buyback mechanism (method of the token smartcontract). This mechanism forcely change received ETH to SNTR, withdrawing SNTR proportionally from all SNTR holders.

i know this question has already posted but the answere wasn't clear..how yu can said sntr can do x20 ? reagardless of market price..because it's market price wich give the value (seller&buyer) no one can predict that..so if yu have plans for give and keep this value thank to explain it..if this part is explain in wp so please ignor my question.

One hundred million tokens costs only 1 ETH at the start of the token sale.
Such large numbers are due to the low cost of notarization and high price of ETH. Since the tokens are always integer (there is no a half of token), you need to release a huge amount of tokens to provide transactions for a cheap service.
For example, for an common user the cost of the notarization will be $ 0.2. Then, at the cost of ETN= $ 300, the smart contract will take 667 SNTR tokens (detailed calc. in WP). So 3 digits will be enough for accurate accounting.
