thanks a lot for this detailed explanation. is there any reason why you left out the affiliate option? most faucets are using it

Yes, why no affiliate option? The program at JackpotFaucetNetwork comes with it...

Yep, I'm sure you could. But does that include hosting? Payments? Customization? Support? Marketing? Affiliate program?

Didn't think so.
The only thing doing it my way would not include is support marketing. I'm sure that isn't worth 0.98BTC. Try harder.

Or just go to www.JackpotFaucetNetwork.com and start one in less than 20 minutes. Wayyyyy easier!  Grin
I could set up a faucet for about 0.98BTC less than your service using the methods I described in the post in about 20-30 minutes.

How to make payment it ?
https://blockchain.info/tx/e8442e23f79a7ea7938491cd2c57cc5381d1202b0590a4835bd37df9f0a74990?show_adv=false

Yes I love her , maybe it best solution for payment fee if minimal cashout 20000 satoshi in faucet.
but how to be sent simultaneously so ?
Can you help me ??
I do not know.
If you mean how were several transactions sent at once, you can use blockchain.info.
To do it manually just open a blockchain.info wallet, go to 'Send Money', go to 'Shared Coin' and use that.
To do it automatically, you can use the 'Send Many Transactions' API (Documentation here).
Do you know how to make a php code to perform the same transaction ??

I am wondering how easy is to run some faucet. Your thread is very positive and helpful.
When I was running my faucet a few months ago, it was insanely easy. I could just fill the Microwallet up with 0.01 BTC and it would last for weeks.

Thank you for the kind words, both you and Twister!

Not planning on making any site but this was really a good read. Very informative and the first part about domain and hosting would be useful for anyone planning to get into making a site. Thx

Added, thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks for adding! Try to add supports withdrawal from Blockchain.info in Cryptocurrency faucet script after that 'daemon' line and also, as Blockchain.info is supported in Elbandi, normal daemon may also support it.

I am looking whether Blocktrail.com have daemon-like feature. It supports Multisig TX but now my internet is slow. I will tell you when I look it. Smiley

Great guide I say. However, why is it posted in Games and rounds? Anyway, I'm sure, many new faucets will be starting up after reading your guide. A very well-explained guide.
I posted in Games and Rounds because this guide was posted here, and I was unsure where else to put it haha.

If I intend to make a faucet, which freehosting provides unlimited traffic?
The one I use is 000Webhost (From SpreadBits tutorial) and if I get a decenet amount of traffic, the site shuts down. Which freehosting website can fulfill these requirements? If there are no freehosting sites available which site provides the least amount of money to host?
Most free hosts provide unlimited traffic, however they limit the CPU usage that your server can get. If you're using anything like MySQL, which all faucets have to use near enough, your CPU usage will mount up very quickly and it will get stopped. This can even happen with some paid hosts if you're almost crashing their servers.
I found Cleverpuffin is good for start ups, as their Build Your Own Hosting Package lets you change the settings of your hosting to an affordable price. Most of the hosting I have listed is fairly cheap. Like Muhammed mentioned, if your faucet is losing you money you can shut it down anyway, there is nothing obligating you to keep it up.

Thanks for the kind words everyone, I'm glad that you enjoyed my post!

Hostgator provide cheap and reliable hosting (less than 4 dollars for unlimited bandwidth and disk space!). I have never used them but.. most of my webmaster friends recommend me using them.

When you do, search for promos and invites by other hostgator users posted in blogs/websites. You can get a '1 Penny' hosting for a month, which would save you more money and you can easily shutdown your faucet if you are getting -ve ROI.
