Alright, a while ago, I noticed an "unfriendly" policy with regards to your affiliate program: Players being removed after a certain period of time etc. when "inactive" - you changed your wording on the site and assured me that this would only happen with players who didn`t deposit before.

So now I am wondering - one of my players has received an email from Bitsler, stating his account will be closed and balance removed shortly for not having logged in for 6 months.

1) This is a predatory term from a player perspective
2) Based on that term, that player would also be removed from my referred players

You can`t just do that - besides it being unethical, it`s absolutely shady and a great way for a casino to not pay for players "lifetime".

The email:

Quote
bitsler.com, your balances will expire soon

It's been more than 6 months since you last logged into your Bitsler account. Your available balances are :
0.00001322 BTC | 0.01783803 QTUM | 0.32565820 XRP | 19.26040061 DOGE.

After conversion at the current exchange rate your total balance could be converted to the amount of 0.000182 BTC.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, in section 16, under Inactive Users (https://www.bitsler.com/en/tos), your balance will be forfeited if you don't log into your account within the next 30 days.

We will contact you again before the 30 days period runs out if you don't login to your account again, which will then be your last chance before account closure happens and additionally lead to loss of any remaining funds that might be in your account.

Kindest regards,

Bitsler management.

Yeah, I got logged out and tried logging in - isn`t working.
I have contacted with them and the told me to login via their mirror site bitsler.gg because of their changing the certificate. I have  tried it and the problem happening to me same as the main site. So, I think there is no other alternatives except waiting for approval their changing certificate.

Now working to me and they gave a coupon code: https://www.bitsler.com/coupon/WeAreBack

Is there anyone who is facing problem on login in bitsler? I have tried both on mobile and laptop to login but failed. It's showing error. I don't think there is any problem happening for me. There might have problem for the website itself.

Do I need KYC to bet on table tennis?  I've been using stake.com but I miss some pre matches at the TT Cup which is where I like to bet
Bitsler SportsBetting does not require you to be fully verified(KYC).

What you cannot take advantage are AWESOME SPORTSBET-related promotions that is reasonably requiring KYC if you want to.
https://www.bitsler.com/en/sports/table-tennis is the key to awesomeness. or you can use the link in my signature to signup under my affiliate campaign. Smiley

They do require KYC, I bet only 3 matches on low stakes, didn't even make a profit and they locked my account and ask for KYC. Now they don't want to let me withdraw my funds.
So if someone want to play without KYC bitsler is not place for this.
Every legal crypto casino requires KYC when there is a time for this. I have never ever seen a person complaining Bitsler for KYC documents. Bitsler is one of few casinos that operates honestly and doesn't ask you KYC when you win big amount. They only ask you KYC when they seriously have doubts that you violated any of their law. Have you tried to contact them via website or even here via PM?

Did you know you can watch live stream(s) of your Dota 2 events in Bitsler?
I have just checked Dotta 2 on bitsler but it is a matter of sorrow that there is no live dotta 2 games on bitsler so I could not find out either it is available on live stream or not. As there is forthcoming dotta game on 2 days latter, I will check that either it is available or not. If it is present then it will be pleasant for us.

Well it is not only DOTA 2. Most EVENTS are available to be watched via stream on Bitsler.

For example this CS:GO event EXT vs BUD:

https://www.bitsler.com/en/sports/counter-strike/relog-media-csgo/spring-sweet-spring-main-swiss-stage

Wink
I have just visited the link you have provided and I saw that it is showing live streaming. I think few others also showing the same. But I mainly play cricket and soccer but any of these not showing the live streaming. I think they should make live streaming for cricket and soccer too.
Yeah, watching live on sportsbook would be amazing. As the user above me mentioned, it needs a pretty good budget but if there is a serious demand on this, I think Bitsler will do that. Once there was a demand on Burstcoin and they were the first website that implemented this coin for deposit/withdrawal and playing.
People need to be active and message them what they want to see on Bitsler. Then, dreams may come true!

That's not easy based on my research. I guess they would need to increase their budget in order to provide these features. If there is enough demand, they will most probably integrate them.
Many sites providing live streaming for almost all the games on cricket and soccer. 365-858.com/ is one of them who is providing lice streaming, I think bitsler will do the same. Bitsler still a lot of lack for example they have no option to cancel a bid or sell the bet slip which already placed on that site. They told they will do in 1st quarter though now running 2nd quarter.

After opening the option of sportsbook on bitsler I am playing sportsbook on there but they never asked me to provide any document. Also I played dice, boom and other few casinos on bitsler but I have never faced any isuue for kyc to play sportsbook or casino.
I was never asked to fill KYC either related to any of their games. I avoid promotions of any kind that require players to submit their KYC since I prefer playing anonymously.

But I mainly play cricket and soccer but any of these not showing the live streaming. I think they should make live streaming for cricket and soccer too.

I use bitsler for a long time and I have not provided any document to them. I have just filled the fields of name, email and mobile number. And withdraw a lots of time but still I have not faced any issue. I think they ask to provide document for specific case. I mean if they think there might have something wrong.
Ikr, and i've used bitsler too and never had any problem with that. But on that time i only playing on their dice games, boom and other games, not their sportbets yet. But filled the name , email and mobile number are also KYC imo.

That happened with me too actually. All of a sudden I was asked for KYC and since I had money locked in my account and they won't let me withdraw without KYC, I was forced to do it.

But let me clarify that after doing KYC, I bet freely and I haven't faced any problems so far since then. I am actually glad that I filled my KYC because I can play any casino games now without any issue and sports betting is also not interrupted now.

I just hope bitsler gives a reason when they ask for KYC documents because let's be honest we are playing at these crypto sportsbooks & casinos because they are anonymous.
Have you provided any types of document for example: national identity card, passport, driving license, bank statement, social security information and/or something like that or you have just filled KYC form. I am afraid if they ask me to verify, Cause I would not be able to verify as I am using by changing my IP.

Is that the whole story? Because I believe their system is programmed to detect behaviors that they find suspicious to protect their business.
For example: if you deposit 1 bitcoin and bet 0.0001 3 times on low stakes(then there is reason to lock your funds).
Go to Live Support if this is still on going.
He should provide more details about his case, otherwise we cant even say it as a true story.
There is no reasons for bitsler to lock his account and ask for KYC if there is nothing suspicious with the account.
It seems that you have provided a good example, as any sites may do the same thing if there is an account do big deposit but made few small bets only then try to withdraw it.
Account did something like that will be suspected as doing money laundering in most casinos.

I signed up June 4th, made a deposit of 10mBTC to just try this site out, placed 3 bets on CS:GO matches in 7 days, yesterday I tried to place 4th bet but I got massage "you're not allowed to bet", I reached out to support and they aswered that I need to make KYC veryfication, when I asked why they just give me this copy paste answer, that this is standard procedure and they request KYC to "protect players"... This is the whole story.

BITSLER is very careful with their TOS. They are very sensitive to some countries and have active IP bans for several countries. There are restrictions for players from the Netherlands, France, and the USA. I don't think if anyone would have broken their TOS, however, they will lock someone's account without any reason. I think it would be appropriate for you to complete KYC successfully.
My country has been restricted actually my country restricted all of the gambling sites. Almost all the sites have been banned by our Government. To get access any gambling sites we have to use ip change software. And I am using bitsler by changing IP. But still I am using bitsler without any restriction.

That being sad. Why would they lock their own user account while it's not even made any profit? Have you contacted their support? What's is the answer? If you did and there is no any best answer yet, just post an accusation about them on scam accusation. Lock account and forced to do KYC first is a big NO Imo.
