So now I am wondering - one of my players has received an email from Bitsler, stating his account will be closed and balance removed shortly for not having logged in for 6 months.
1) This is a predatory term from a player perspective
2) Based on that term, that player would also be removed from my referred players
You can`t just do that - besides it being unethical, it`s absolutely shady and a great way for a casino to not pay for players "lifetime".

After conversion at the current exchange rate your total balance could be converted to the amount of 0.000182 BTC.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, in section 16, under Inactive Users (https://www.bitsler.com/en/tos), your balance will be forfeited if you don't log into your account within the next 30 days.
We will contact you again before the 30 days period runs out if you don't login to your account again, which will then be your last chance before account closure happens and additionally lead to loss of any remaining funds that might be in your account.

I would have said your standards for being friendly is really high, if you did not mention being assured by Bitsler.
-can you just ask that player of yours if he can log in and log out if he is not really in the mood to play? (will ask and verify if players only need to log-in)
-also being told about the possibility of an account closure several times and in advance only shows that Bitsler's intention is to check on their players/users.
i am afraid I don`t understand what you mean with regards to "friendliness" - Fortunately, it doesn`t matter what you consider friendly or not, my questions were directed to Bitsler since they are my business partners, not you.
Your last point pretty much disqualifies you from chatting with me about this, sorry. This is not some nice gesture, this is mandatory. It`s pretty obvious that your industry knowledge is rather limited.
