Either ignore here and never gamble again and just forget that this place ever existed, or try to explain what can be done so that I will continue to gamble here, we picked the second option.
We have no other options except accepting their terms/rules  if we want to use their service. But if we do not want to use their service/ we want to ignore their service then they have no question. We can just give our opinion what would be best for us/users. And it will be the choice of admin either that will be considerable or not.

^^It is understandable to have "just in case KYC" rule, that is understandable for all the shady stuff people are doing, when they try many different scamming stuff then you ask for their KYC and that is the problem. However there are people who ask for stuff like scammers and double spenders and other stuff, casinos have to protect themselves so that is understandable. What I do not understand is the type of situation where KYC is a requirement even to start gambling and that is almost always bad, I try to never stay in those places.

Why would anyone who did nothing wrong get the KYC question even before gambling? That makes no sense, there should be no law regarding that and as we can see with plenty of casinos they do not ask for it, so the other ones that ask for it for "legal" reasons are lying for sure or they are running their business horribly. This place should be a great example for all others, they are doing it the right way.
I agree that we can talk about something as long as we want, if bitsler is asking KYC then it is  important topic. As long as it is even casino world that would still be good. Nobody can tell others what they can talk about or not talk about, it would be a sad world if that was an option for some people, dictators do that and we are free of dictators on bitcointalk.

What I think the issue here is that we got an "answer" but we are not happy with it, just because they said "it is the rules and we have to follow it" doesn't mean that we have to accept their excuse and continue. So, what do we have in our hands? Either ignore here and never gamble again and just forget that this place ever existed, or try to explain what can be done so that I will continue to gamble here, we picked the second option.

Guys this is bitslers thread. You are a little too close to being off-topic (define off-topic somewhere else)

Guys this is bitslers thread. You are a little too close to being off-topic (define off-topic somewhere else), plus this issue have already been answered with:

The kyc is due to the casinos license. Otherwise Bitsler and every other site out there asking for it would not be asking for it. They have rules they have to follow unless they'd rather shut down.

I speak with the owner here and there on Slack and have already been told that my answer is correct. This happened when they added the slots and live games.

The KYC ask by casino sites shouldn't be an issue anymore in this 21 century because no slots and live games provider will operate outside the rules and regulations implemented by their Master license holder.

If casinos can avoid it they would and I don't know why people still find hard to understand this.
There is no issue if casinos, gambling sites wants to verify KYC of their user. But which gambling sites accept crypto which is non traceable and ask to verify identity then it would be self contradictory. I don't think anything else of it.

Exactly, every online casino that is regulated is required to ask KYC if that's the order of the regulators. However, I have an account on Bitsler and I still continue using it without KYC since I did not receive any message for KYC compliance. I gamble on sports mostly, maybe KYC is not for every user?

Hello.

This is only based on my limited knowledge and average researching talent so this may not be 100% accurate.

KYC is not for every user, yes I believe so.
According to the TOS :

Let me leave it to how you interpret that, but if you still need further discussion, I would suggest you go to their Live Support or email them on their support email address so they can give you an official explanation or answer.

If you can still transact within the amounts you used to, then you can choose not to pass the KYC, but if you are gambling with a decent amount, then maybe secure it now so you will not have some trouble in the future.

The best feature of a casino is anonymous betting, so KYC should exist, but, as the world is evolving and crypto getting recognition by the regulators, it cannot be prevented that they will be more strict and I believe what they only implement is the standard.

Hello Huh .

I warn you not to do this again.
I am squatting in this thread, and I'm feeling kind-of territorial at the moment.

If the information I got over the ENG chat is accurate, a simplier profile verification/identification is good enough for most 3rd party provided games.

Maybe because if you edit your personal information onsite, it would already include the state/country, so no neeed for i.d. uploads and selfies.

Why the casino will leak your personal information? You have to trust them because you are playing there by trusting their fairness. And a reputable casino won't leak your personal data without any reason. From my view, KYC requirement is reasonable at some points and user should go through it to get extra benefits (Like the above promotion). It is reasonable cause  there are a lot of user who use multiple accounts at every casino to get benefits from promotions.
I doubt any reputed casino would want to sabotage their own reputation by intentionally leaking their customer KYC details. However, I don't find KYC reasonable in any manner whatsoever.

There are alternate solutions available to fight multi-account scammers. Many crypto casinos and sportsbooks use various methods without enforcing KYC in order to tackle such scammers.

As you mentioned, it all comes down to whether the gambler is comfortable with providing his/her KYC information.

Or the casinos themselves could leak our personal information.
It's up to you if you will provide or not, but with a number of casinos in the crypto space, we can always choose the one that does not require a KYC to play. ~

I don't like to provide my personal information as well, if KYC is mandatory to play at any casino then I avoid the site. Gamblers need to fill their personal details at bitsler for playing the third party slots game. As a result I only play normal casino games there by avoiding slots.

There's to many factors why casino ask this the popular reason is regulation and account suspicious activity.

And actually I don't have any problem if I've been ask to submit this if the casino is long time running then have a good reputation since they are only doing a sort of verification if our account still intact to us so we shouldn't worried about KYC if we didn't do anything thay violate their house rules.
We shouldn't provide our KYC details to any crypto casino unless it's absolutely necessary. Anonymity is the primary factor why majority of the gamblers including me choose crypto casinos over FIAT casinos.

No matter how reputed a crypto casino is, hackers still manage to find ways to hack them due to which our details could get leaked.

If you will have to comply with the KYC, then fiat casino is a better option.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for sharing @jamyr.. this is a great promotion, I like it, I would bet on the underdog and I will hope they'll have a good start and lead by 16 points and lose in the end.. We might not see this kind of scenario most of the time but at least it's free and we will get $100 USD max for that.

is it automatic or you'll have to sign up for this thing? I click the link and I only see the announcement.

On top of the NBA promotion they are running, this seems to be one of the best SportsBetting promotion there is currently.
Not likely, you can see they need you to verify your account first before join on that contest which aka you put KYC. Do you want give your KYC? Personally i don't see that will attract people as most of them don't like about give their KYC

It is not a contest actually, it is a player bet $10 , he get $5 free bet if the $10 bet loses.

If you don't like doing the KYC, perhaps this Sports promotion would work for you:
