If i was Chelsea for 40 million i send Gallager to them with a gift bow.

Same here - but due to quotas English players are even more overvalued.
If he was let's say Turkish, Gallagher would be rated at 7 million Euros and would still struggle to leave Fenerbahce.

Many clubs have such players, take Joe Gomez from Liverpool. Worthless player, but he's English and automatically valued at 20+ million.

Fabinho left, Lavia seems like the chosen replacement for us. Not really sure I like this to be honest.

Today prices in football are a complete non sense, are overinflated, and we have over offer and over demand, plus now the problem of arab money pushing, and making inflation in football.

If i was Chelsea for 40 million i send Gallager to them with a gift bow.

This week im gonna pay this pool.

Gallager not was transfered? Or maybe i heard bad.
He was linked with Spurs but nothing happened yet. Chelsea needs him to stay now - imagine their midfield without him as well.
Enzo is good, agreed, but I was really shocked when they spent 100 mil to get him. There are many other players I'd target for that kind of money.

€40m bid from Westham for  Gallagher was turn down immediately, Chelsea want €50m to sell.

Agreed, Enzo's price was a bit excessive, but I don't blame Chelsea; after the World Cup, his price skyrocketed, and Benfica did everything they could to keep him, but he's not that far off from the current market worth.

The market right now is danm pricey for these U23 generational superstars.

Caicedo's current asking price will make him unaffordable for Liverpool. Brighton is gready

Gallager not was transfered? Or maybe i heard bad. But i fully agree with you in names its pretty low tier team midfield, only Enzo Fernandez its a super star, and im not saying it because he is argenitinian, i remember him good when he played here on Defensa y Justicia and River Plate, he is top class, imagine when he was on River Plate, i was always thinking on how Real Madrid dont sign him.

In other news, Fabinho is really close to his Saudi transfer - meaning that Liverpool will look for a midfielder as well. I can see us and Chelsea battling over Caicedo, overpaying by 20 million in the process.

I think one month is enough time for improving a team,it is all in the hands of the coach and how much of his mentality he can instill into the players.Another thing is how much this coach can harmonize this team in order to achieve his desired way of game play which according to him will translate into good results throughout the season.

Personally I think Chelsea will improve and I also think that this upcoming season their main objective should be to achieve a spot in the Champions League for the next season,a Champions League without Chelsea sounds a bit strange for this upcoming season.

I meant with transfers - not with training and mentality. They are incredibly weak in midfield and all of their CF/ST options are either young and unproven or simply not good enough.

They are good on the flanks - both defensively and offensively - but without 2 new starting midfielders I think they won't be able to cope. Their midfielders are currently Fernandez, Santos, Gallagher and Chukwuemeka - sounds like Fulham, not Chelsea.

KTChampion needs to have some penalty points if he decides to join. At least 20 points penalty for him. Do we all agree with it? I will pay for him if he decides to starts from 20 points behind LOL
He's running out of luck this season trust me.    Grin
Hope he will. I see many of us sinners are cursing him and form all of us one must be the biggest sinner who's prayers are undeniable LOL

3 people I messaged so far have said would join (and I see both posting here in the past day) and all had no idea it was going on, EPL/La Liga/Serie A, so I don't think it's a lack of interest, just not very easy to follow. Had to reply back with more info, sharing links...
PL and CL are my regular. Without these two pools I will not even survive Bitcointalk. But you did great job informing for La Liga and Serie A then Trofo helped me with the link. Good team work.

19 people paid so far.
Thanks for the update.

Come on brothers! Make it 50 and more members pool. Haven't you seen the winner [first place] pocketed over $3,000 last season where entry fee was less than $65, then there were 2nd, 3rd, 4th to 10th if I am not wrong. Then there are round winning prize for every round. So many chances even to recover the entry fee. You are literally losing anything.

Are you fuckers too weak to challenge your football instinct or you are too tight to invest only 0.0025 btc for an entire season? Stop wanking LOL

I don't trust Chelsea at all. I think they lack balance and experience and expect more of the same from them in the next season.

I think they'll challenge for the EL spot but eventually end up outside the european spots again.

They still have a month to improve the team though - but if they don't I just don't see them improving much.

True, we lack experience, but if we could get Moises Caicedo in the midfield and Kudus on the left, I believe we could compete, but I wouldn't put us on the same level as the top 4 right now. We had just wiped out our team, and it would take some time to reassemble it.

Chelsea now only rely on what its gonna and what can do Pochettino with this team, based in all the winter transfer from last season, if you see this summer windows transfer from Chelsea its pretty bad, they only buy Nkuku and Nicolas Jackson, Nkuku can be a good forward from them.

But well Chelsea maybe only needs a wash of face and some self trust.

Both are world class but we still need to strengthen the middle and the wings to create more chances for both of them.

Lower number of players actually means lower competition, but I like it when it's crowded in here.

I marketed it a bit in our BSFL thread, will do so again before the season begins.

I'm sure we'll get last year's numbers and am always happy when we pay the entrance fees in bear markets Grin

My perfect number for pools is around 20 people. Big enough to have proper rivalry and conversations while small enough to make it a bit easier to finish in the top positions.

That being said, I believe we should have last year numbers again. Old players are mostly staying while we always get some new blood.

Watching those friendly games in USA and Arsenal is looking dangerous, Chelsea also looking much better than last season. We all know City is gonna be good now we just have to see what happens with Liverpool and United. Could be a cracking season.

I will message more (I was going off memory) but we probably should spread awareness, and maybe update OP with current info and signup thread? It's easy for us regulars, maybe less so for those not following daily (even I only remembered yesterday).

I knew Liverpool Klopp 2.0 was coming, I wasn't expecting it to be a near total recall. What do you think, LFC_Bitcoin, cryptofrka?
Not sure what to tell you. I was disgusted with how our midfield performed last season, but to be honest they have been run to the ground the one before that and the break was short.

It looks like we're throwing away this season in order to be more prepared for the next one, and I'm furious when top teams do that. Time will tell tho, if the new players gel quickly we will get into the CL spots.

It would have been s different, I felt that too, had the players just been given a break. City played the same number of games last season as we did the previous one and Pep said how tired they were -- imagine how our press and midfield would be at half the depth of City.

Anyway, the further this mid-season progresses the more I believe also this is the season of rebuild. I ca't see us chasing titles with this squad, no matter how talented, they simply need team-time together first

I'm going to pay my join up fees soon; for now, I'm simply tossing money at some random idiotic teams; if I showed you my betting history, you'd undoubtedly stone me to death.  Grin

I am not going to show you mine as I am sure I would need to be punished harder that stoned to death  Grin. Many have tried before me I think that by betting on tennis games with odds of a maximum 1.19 chances would have been high to win a lot of money yet I placed a 7 leg parlay with such odds only to see that I lost this,I tried to emulate back it as I thought it was just pure bad luck only to find out that in tennis is pretty f*cked up much more than in soccer and I have difficulties to understand it,but yeah I need a higher punishment as I don't think you bet on such low odds.

I thought I was the most irresponsible gambler till I saw someone's ticket on one of the tennis picks telegram groups I follow; the idiot bet $2k (local fiat) on a single 1.06 live bet odd and lost; the moron has been crying and begging for help to recover some of the money. To make matters worse, he claimed the money was his mum life savings Grin.

These days, the smaller the odd, the riskier it is; I've been in your 1.19 ACCA shoe countless times and lost as well.

Klopp is not a cruel man, but a hard boss. He doesn't lie about minutes, and these players want minutes -- I actually think the Gulf challenge is even more interesting from a sporting perspective than MLS. I say Fabinho is next.

I remember what Lewandowski said in an interview about this.
Lewa, who has experienced training and being coached by Klopp, said that he was a two-faced coach and put him as his favorite coach after that Pep.
It's not without reason that he said that, because he can be like a father figure who can provide a sense of warmth but on the other hand he can also be a disciplined manager and tend to be harsh.

The season that has ended can be said he stumbled because he failed to be in the position that Liverpool always gets (Champions League zone) but now with the new season of course he doesn't want to repeat the same thing.
Currently the midfield overhaul or can be said to regenerate with some younger players will certainly make Klopp more confident to navigate the season.

Yeah, with the quality these guys are pushing there, I'm sure it'll be more interesting than MLS next season, but I'm curious how long this will last. Russia did it, China did it, and they all failed to keep these players after 2-3 seasons, with some of the Chinese clubs running into debt and being forced to sell off players. Will the Saudis be any different?
