Someone checked out the rules finally  Grin - You're welcome.
Just admit you were wrong, no need to keep doubling down and selectively picking sentences.

Well, the teams we played were shit (United included) so I'm not celebrating early.
Brentford are a good team, Ipswich are not so bad too, the performance of Liverpool so far has been very assured and I think they are making potentially difficult matches easy. United was a banana peel last season for the reds not this time.

Still, it has to be said that the gameplan is clear and that we're trying to control games a bit more consistently than it was the case under Klopp.
And they still play with the high press and quick counter attack when the spaces open up. It is like Klopp 2.0

Today I discovered that I have a free bet from somewhere (probably a bonus for participating in one of the polls), so I also plan to make a risky multi-bet (minimum odds of 10) and here I will choose Liverpool to win with a handicap of -1. It is clear that it is far from certain that Liverpool will take revenge so confidently, but the odds of 3.0 seem to me to be excellent compensation for the risk.

This is the nice problem to have for me also. I know there are freebets for yellow caps and competitions, but as they all come together, you have to guess where from, but nice problem Wink

Hope you won this one, Liverpool should have been 5 zero or something apparently. United are that bad! It was excellent odds I totally agree.

Let me be a bad guy to say however Liverpool haven't met a top 4 challenger yet, tho the same is to be said about City.

So we need to wait and see about this.

Gravenberch as the 6 is a big questionmark for me. He played really well so far but I don't really feel he can be that 6 for us against tougher opposition.

Offensive rotation is great, Nunez is mostly benched, I'm quite optimistic. Not really sure what the Chiesa transfer will do for us though, or where he fits in. Never liked him as a player, not even in his prime.

Rough week for me, many wrong predictions.  All the tie matches that I couldn't have predicted, and one I did turned upside down, lol.
You win some, you lose some Wink
Totally unexpectedly I won Yellow Cap in this pool and I had good results in BSFL and LMS.
Great win for Newcastle, but I expected Chelsea to win against Crystal Palace, looks like they spend a bunch of money for nothing again or they needed to launder money again.

Rough week for me, many wrong predictions.  All the tie matches that I couldn't have predicted, and one I did turned upside down, lol.

Exciting week of soccer none the less.  Everton snatching defeat from the jaws of victory was a bit too amusing.  Not to take anything from Bournemouth, that was a brilliant come back in the end.

Same. I can't say that I make bold or unusual predictions, but the results are depressing - I'm near the bottom in the overall standings. So far, only 3 rounds have been completed and it is too early to talk about a critical lag, but it may soon be necessary to fight for a maximum of a yellow cap in separate rounds  Grin

Persistently stepping out of your technical area can get a sanction from the referee based on his interpretation of the rule, you provided a single image of Arteta stepping out of his area, I expected you will provide 3 or 4 to make it even admissible here.

Arteta does not keep getting away with anything, he was among the most booked coaches last season, even receiving a caution for talking to the ref after a match and for "over celebrating"... whatever the heck that is.

West Ham, Manchester Utd, Chelsea are some of the team who are always confusing to me. They do not have consistency.

3 clubs without a world class goal scorer  Grin- Jackson is the worst of all, man is the worst finisher after Nunez in the league. Liverpool are going to challenge for the league title, I've seen enough of Slot football  Grin

Chelsea is back in confusion, at home can't score many goals in the previous match to be crazy because of the goal party, Chelsea is still the same difficult to win at home... Tongue

West Ham naturally lost at home because the opponent was the strongest team in the Premier League.

Now Manchester United are clowns again, will be embarrassed by Liverpool and Arne Slot successfully led Liverpool to win, so far Ten Hag remains embarrassed.

Casemiro is Harry Maguire 2 for making a blunder. Grin

Damn, almost 50% of the pool participants predicted the right score for West Ham vs. Man City. Well, not surprising since Man City is averaging 3 goals per game. It should be 3-0 if Man City own goal didn’t happen.
I almost average Manchester City's match scores above 3 goals because they always win that number, not surprisingly this team is quite thirsty in goals especially Haaland the robot man. Cheesy

Many people stuck with Chelsea predictions only two people correctly guessed with 1.5 points.

I'm only afraid of Liverpool, I don't trust Arsenal to win anything. City winning the league and the Fa cup, Chelsea winning the Conference league and we're done. Halaand is a robot. NEXT  Grin
Poor Chelsea, 1 - 1 against Palace. A half a dozen goals in the last match and in this match they had to lose a point. Utd vs Liverpool shortly and I am looking at my tv screen for a win .

Today, right now, I will say how much I hate all these teams. On the surface felt like a great game to watch (Spurs Toon) but the game grew slower than the frustration. So much technical ability on the first layer, and then scrape that away and you've got pretty disjointed teams. First goal all right, instinctive. Second goal an own goal because Pope doesn't want to grab any of his easy balls. Then the third goal because of supreme unawareness from Spurs backline.

I was entertained, but without feeling satisfied. And these aren't even teams I really support. Or maybe I'm just being difficult.

Anyway, any reason why Paid2 didn't submit his prediction for the entire Matchday 3? Did he just forget because he's active here in the forum or else?

To replace Mudryk, he may be heading to Arsenal or Manutd Next season, the dude is uncoachable, 3 Managers, same problem, he can't even do basic things right.

Mudryk is on a 130k$ weekly, with 46-year contract. Nobody in their right minds will buy him.
If you find such idiots, they will probably expect you to contribute in a percentage of his salary.

If you're a top team and have an underperforming player on the books, it's really difficult to get rid of him. There are 10 clubs that can afford his contract and most of them will never look at a player like him.

He was a 70 mil player with future bonuses included as well - a horrible deal you won't easily get out of. And if you manage to do it, it will be another horrible deal for you - I do agree keeping him might be even worse though.

Bro rules are rules, stop acting like you do not know the rules - coaches stepping away from the technical area is an offense, first time ( warning) second time( yellow card). Your manager keep getting away with this attitude. Well, "Football is for everyone"

Yes, an easy win for you again this season. Leave a neutral if you can but I prefer CLS63 adding to the spreadsheet.
I left a neutral feedback reminding the side bet. All set for us. Do you really think it's going to be an easy win for me? City is unstoppable. Haaland scored again and now he has 7 goals from 3 match LOL

You really do not make trolling fun when you just make up things, there is no such rule that coaches get booked if they step outside their technical area, all coaches do it, I do not think Guardiola was booked last week for stepping on the pitch even. If anything, I will point out that Arteta gets booked more often than many other coaches and I will want some consistency there too, but I am not getting drawn into that discussion as you will just spring up another comment not related to that after.

That's your manager encroaching opponent's technical area.

Yes very inconsistent and that's the only reason he didn't book Arteta for stepping out of the technical area - he should be getting booked for this, but he's always getting away with it.

Halland hatrick again, he is already running away with the golden boot and it is still August. Scoring more than every other team in the league is ridiculously good.

Pedro kicked the ball away in an obvious manner in the first half, was very silly of him and no yellow card, so no it was not a yellow card all day cause the referee was not consistent.
Game is done and we look forward to the North London derby next.

You have an obligation to buy Sancho at the end of the season, there is no obligation for Arsenal to buy Sterling after the loan spell, very different deals. So yes, he is in your books and you are paying him to play for us.

Score 10 goals  for you and we get £60m next season for profit - better than playing with the reserved team while collecting £300m+
