What's interesting for me this weekend is that Leicester City and Aston Villa are showing very good odds. Multibet them and you get 8x, I mean Fulham and Southampton are at home but one is facing a Champions League perfect runner and one is a bottom club.

Is something wrong here or am I making a wise pick Smiley

Brentford vs Manchester United is also very interesting. Old Trafford is like a childrens playground to take free candy IMO.

I'm with you guys. Can't wait for the Prem to resume. NL football got me down so bad I almost feel the kind of regret I haven't in months haha. Really need me some good old English action to pick me up.

Nope, I'm actually in decline. Out of LMS, will lose a sidebet with Slissy, close to losing sidebets with buwaytress FFS.
I need fresh meat.

If it's any consolation, I'm back in relegation zone, like I seem to be every season end. Not sure I can keep making it out alive. I've already called myself the Everton of Div1, but Everton also looked doomed this season.

P.S. Sorry had to edit my post, somehow quoted and replied in another thread heh.

I don't enjoy games I place a side bet on, I want to watch this one without taking every miss and hit personal but that's not the real reason BTW  Grin you two wanna gang against me?
Fans fighting already started LOL. Imagine if Chelsea somehow able to draw the match, you will be in the moon?

C'mon come to the FPL let's make something out.

What I offered is 1.95 currently on Sportsbet's betbuilder, so a fair deal. The bet was meant to be for banter considering he's a Chel$ki fan, I can take it anywhere but probably won't.
We both are from the same side. flumpnuggets is not interested so no fun LOL

Ooo but we've always needed one of those teams, didn't we? Didn't realise it would be lightweight Arsenal doing it after Vieira era long gone. Definitely shouldn't be too surprised Arteta was the instigator. I'm not even mad at all. Newcastle shithousery isn't so nice to see but Arsenal seems to get under everyone's skin. Actually looking forward to meeting their new look dark art bois.

Could be, I'm not rulling out the possibility.

Boy nothing is beating Stoke City dark art throw-in - give them 3 throw-ins and be rest assured they're getting at least 1 goal. Who remember that era?? Delap the masterpiece.. Grin

Liverpool are top of the league, but I somehow feel they could play way better than they were, especially in the last 2 EPL games. This break may be what they need to get their team to the next level and Chelsea is a fair test to show their title challenge mettle.
We are doing only enough to win matches so far. Except the match against Forest, it was not that enough to even get a single point. These breaks never helped us but hope this time it will be helpful and we will have a good match in Anfield.

Liverpool always lose their form after the breaks. It happened many times with us. The next match is against Chelsea and in Anfield. A draw or even losing all three points would not surprise me.

True, but I didn't want to use those words because whomever is in charge of Arsenal's set piece training should be sent to jail before every GK in the league suffers shoulder and hip injuries from Ben White, Gabriel, and Saliba pressing.
Gabriel is usually the one waiting to benefit from the chaos the other players create and you just reminded me of White's absence this past weeks, he would have come in handy against City and Haaland's pettiness.

Newcastle sometimes play a different era of football and I love it except when we play away against them.

Really can't wait for PL to start again. These international breaks are killing me.
I never understood though why national teams play such boring football. Take England for example, that team is really full of talent yet they never show it.

It will be Kelleher I think. He has stood in for Alisson before and done pretty well.
I guess we are going to find out soon in next match against Chelsea and then against Leipzig in Champions League.

And perfectly healthy players to get injured. Just look what happened to Saka and Havertz. Don't know the details but if Arsenal lost both in addition to loosing Odegaard earlier it will be a big blow for their title hopes.
They are just playing to many matches, and most affected are players from England and Premier League.
It is impossible for everyone to stay healthy, this is simple math.
I heard that Salah was released from next international match because pitch condition is terrible and could cause another injury.

Arteta is just too cool for such dark art. There's is Micheal Scofield somewhere running the show.

Those fake injuries are part of the dark art I'm sure of it..

O ye of little faith. I'm hoping for a lot of fun. I know Slot wants a calm and measured approach. I'm hoping Palmer and co have other plans to force us to shift gear up!

I say you lose, with us scoring 2 or more. Even odds, what do you say?

I will pass this one - not making any bet until I'm out of the spider Webb. I guess you already know why.... This is me saving your 2mbtc.

It will suck if both are not fit for the trip to Bournemouth next weekend, another reason why more international breaks are not healthy, Ødegaard's injury was also sustained while on international assignment, but he should be match ready sooner rather than later.

Could be another Arteta masterclass...

Could be another Arteta masterclass to draw both of his best players from international break as fast as possible to rest them for premier League games, he can't afford to lose Trossard, Ode, Saka and Kai at the same time.

Halaand, Saka both faked international break injury last season so I won't be surprised if this is another fake injury thing.

A boring weekend. No football. These break sucks.
The disruption also makes it difficult to predict the form teams will return to league football with. Those who were in poor form are grateful for the break cause they get to reset, but those who were in flying form now have to somehow find that form back. I remember when Arsenal lost a game just before international break around this point last season and that made the entire 2 weeks wait dreadful, cause that loss hangs over the team for much longer.

Only good thing is it gives more time for already injured players to achieve match fitness.
