We definitely can't let people decide who they have picked after deadline. We can only make some general rule like this which seems most fair for situation at hand. I even wrote template in a way to warn you about same name players. Did you all think I only used name for Ronnie just cause of fun Grin

While we are on snooker topic now I got interested in sport again. Tried some bets with mixed success, firs i almost hit big but Perry let me down, good thing insurance hit and I had nice free bet for today and used that one nicely to fund my bets today.

Well, that was expected, wasn't it? I mean he is number 5 in the ranking and he was up against Duffy who is 88. Now he is going against a better player from Hamilton (36.) and Heathcote (101.). That's something we hoped wouldn't happen but yes - considering it's a question regarding snooker which is not that known to the most of us, we'll take the higher ranked player (in this case Mark Williams).

So, I'm up against jayce this week. If I manage to win, it could be a way do detach myself from the middle of the table and get a chance to attack those at the top. If I'm not mistaken, there are still six rounds left (including this one) so there still are a lot of points to win.

I see that jayce is probably not following this thread closely because he gave the same answer for the snooker question as me, but didn't use VAR to change his answer. Now I only need Selby to qualify for the semi-finals and that will be one point for me and VAR well spent Grin

Yikes I didnt have time to read this, otherwise I would have used the VAR. Well this seems pretty fair for me, its not like everyone one of us is going to read or do some research about this before the deadline and paying close attention to all available information before the deadline is pretty much the essence on picking answers for BSFL
