I played on casino site some days back and won a  certain amount of money, i was expecting to cash out my money instantly because one of the things that lured me to the site was the fact they offer instant payment. Its been days now and am yet to get my money. Please help what can i do in this case because i am becoming impatient
PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.

Did you thoroughly read the terms and conditions? Unfortunately these days it can often be buried quite well and it is intentional - they want people to deposit as much as possible, then if on the rare occasion somebody was the win, they can reject payout on this basis. However if you live in a country like the US or somewhere in the EU, you really should expect to have this information requested all along. Any casino that allows fiat currency deposits or needs a merchant account (for themselves to withdraw profits) will be required to explain where all their money came from and the only way they can do that long term is by getting verified information from their customers. That means that 99% of casino or sportsbook owners in the crypto space will have to ask for this eventually.
For sure they would and we know that you had agreed with those terms since from the beginning which is understandable that they would be having all

the rights on asking something whenever you do win big time in most cases which you should really be prepared on something like this and wont
get surprised.

Some  casinos are really good on altering their ToS.Im not saying on all of them but there are some which a bit shady.

It's better to contact the support also this is the reason why we must need to read the terms and conditions also add the faqs before getting in. Every time makes a withdrawal the platform will prompt a message and will send a transaction id this you can check if they will process and there's confirmation only with it. I guess they will not ruined their platform and reputation just by having one mistake wait for their reply hoping they have action supports.

With the tags on your account? i think the casino has the right asking you about KYC and other supporting documents.
If the tag reason causes the OP to have to kyc, I think that's overkill, tags are not one of the reasons for kyc, many parties outside this forum are registering on casino/gambling sites, not on the basis of tags, it doesn't make sense to me.
There are several things gambling sites / online casinos that implement kyc.
1. Players cheat multi-accounts when betting.
2. The casino is deliberately unwilling to pay for the winnings and bonuses, the reason for not paying the winning participants is that they are looking for tricks to avoid getting paid.

OP, have you contacted the casino and said what happened to your money, my message in the future is to play on a responsible and honest gambling/casino site, Thus you are safe and protected from fraud, the reputation of the casino is very important.

Yeah i know that this actions from casinos is tricky there had been so many issues like this that Their TOS does not implied about this requirements but when players need withdrawal , all of a sudden they will seek KYC filing before letting the withdrawal happens.

But your red tags is clearly a reason for what have been asked because you are a scammer and deserves to be playing with a scam gambling site  Grin

In such cases, trying to contact their support will be the only make sense way to take it. They will then tell you what to do and why you got the delayed withdrawal. For most cases, submitting the KYC procedure will solve the issue unless the site you've visited is scammy.

I've also had the same experience before and I was frustrated since I couldn't withdraw my funds. I contacted their support since they're the ones who have control over it and they asked me to submit a KYC. That's the last resort that I have and so far, after submitting the requirements, I was able to get paid. Casinos have different TOS and we should be aware of it.

I think your primary remedy is to file a ticket on the casino website if there are any issues regarding your payment.

If in the event that they fail respond or if you receive an unfavorable response, then you have the option of creating a thread here in the forum under the scam accusation board. Usually, some gambling websites have accounts here in the forum (since online gambling is heavily advertised here) and you may talk to their representative directly. If such representative does not have an account here, then I guess the only way to is to just wait and inform other users about your issue; pray that someone knows them.

Contacting the support is the best solution if your payments are delayed. Ask for the reason why it happened and when you will receive it. Don't send any private as much as possible. Read the FAQs of that website and find the conditions to make a withdrawal.

this is correct
that's why its also important to search for reliable websites and winners before depositing
since some websites have really bad support and don't answer faster enough
or don't answer at all
People  do only  tend to make  out some research if they had  already  been experiencing some unfortunate events without even realizing that  making some research is  a  must thing to be done  first before making  any deposits on a site because   popular gambling sites does have those qualities on being good in terms of servicec which in inclusion out for  those good support/fast withdrawals and its  fair.

They wontt able to reach out that certain popularity if they dont have those qualities which simply means that having simple research would  really  save up your ass on getting scammed just because you've been too careless  or been trusting up on everywhere which is
really a very bad kind  of behavior.

Your best bet right now will be to send a ticket to support explaining your issue.  Well, I would have proffered a better suggestion if only you mentioned the site and it's a site I've bet on.  Did you check for the withdrawal limit if any? Some casino sites have that.  About the KYC you mentioned, it sucks since you had no idea of the KYC before betting.

Because you can't call them, this is the best you can do send a support ticket. This is the only way to contact them, but I believe they have discovered something in your account. Have you done anything that violates their rules? Also, in terms of KYC, most gambling sites now require it. Also, I believe there are issues with their withdrawal? or unannounced maintenance, which is common in the gambling industry. You should try checking it again in 24 hours.
Only a few or almost none online casinos would really be putting that call hotline for you to call them if you do have some concerns or complaints which it is really hard
to find out other options when you have already contacted them via support chat or email but still havent able to get some feedback or response.
You wouldnt really be having no choice but to wait up until they do make out some response as there were no other ways or methods
you could make use which ends up for you to have that endless waiting.

Op is one of the possible problem of them too because without checking all the terms of Condition and requirement he need to pass his KYC.I think Op will avoid that Online Casino even he didn't mentioned , because the problem only him is after he pass KYc to the team he will withdraw their winning money. He did not any choice and the only solution is follow them and pass KYC to get your money.
Before providing docs I would simply search if the providing it to particular Casino is enough to get payment, or if there still some issues.Basically such search should be done even before depositing something to casino

It looks like OP have the problem with KYC before executing withdrawals and not the site itself.
I believe OP has resolved the problem by now.
In some reason, that cause delays of payout are just because there is something we need to comply, not just only KYC but also email confirmation. Better to check some details in registration entry and follow what site's required so we can't encounter any problems.

I guess the amount is huge that the support needs to confirm first if there is no cheating that has happened I have read  some complaints that the bettor cannot make a withdrawal when in the past he can easily make one if the support failed to contact you then you should do the move and follow their instructions, the least and worse they can do is not to give you your prize, if you really win it in a fair manner.

There are casino's that doesn't have instant payments and one of their staff has to verify it.

If there's nothing wrong with your account it's on their end but sometimes there's some caught activities that's against to their ToS so they halt withdrawals.
I think there are huge number of casinos that are not providing great services to the gamblers but advertise with great pride that they are providing the one of its kind services and people follow the advertisement and get in the casino but they have to face many problems like late withdrawals or maybe disability to chat etc. So you should leave such a casino instantly because your presence gives them benefits at the cost of your exploitation.

i dont like that type of sites because that are strict  . we are now in the future and all must work automatically , we dont need human supervision  . we are now using crypto for online payments but cryptos are not instant . at some point we can experience delays  but thats okay  its normal  no need to worry  .  contacting the support and waiting for more hours and days is the best next step to do if your payments is still delayed  .
They have to verify withdrawals so that they can make sure if its eligible and there's nothing wrong or sort of bug for each withdrawal request.

If no one will control or supervise the withdrawals or systems, it's possible, I've used casinos that has instant withdrawals but they chose to be like that.

This is helluva misleading BS.Casinos offering instant withdrawals, but in reality you have to conduct KYC ID verifications and all that bureaucracy garbage, while waiting for weeks to get your money. Angry
That's why I don't use most of the online casinos. You simply can't trust them anymore(even if they are one of the big and legit casinos online).
There's nothing you can do except following their KYC rules and waiting patiently.

I think many gamblers don't want to use a gambling website which is too strict for them. They will stay away from the site and they will choose the other gambling site because we don't need the strict gambling website to just playing gambling. There are many gambling websites which could give the customer comfortable and satisfy with their services. When the delay does not come from the network, then it is not a problem, but if the delay comes from the website, we need to contact the support system. That is why the support system is one of the important things that is a need at any website so they can help their members if they face a  problem.
