I played on casino site some days back and won a  certain amount of money, i was expecting to cash out my money instantly because one of the things that lured me to the site was the fact they offer instant payment. Its been days now and am yet to get my money. Please help what can i do in this case because i am becoming impatient
PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.
I haven't seen any gambling sites that are currently requesting KYC upon withdrawal though. I guess it's now a requirment to regulate and avoid money laundering. However before submitting it, check out if they are really legitimate so that you can ascertain that your identity is safe and won't be used for fraud purpose. If things doesn't work upon your action for days or even weeks then you should contact their support.

Probably it is a new online casino platform that you are playing with. This probably because they had volume of clients that had been causing the delay. Of course other gambling site too does not only delay payments but made excuses too like website maintenance and etc. Thus, you should avoid playing a site like that next time and focus on some old bitcoin casino site that has already proven its worth. I am.not saying that 777 coins signature gambling site is the one I am referring to with a good reputation as an online bitcoin casino but sounds like.
Based on the op’s explanation, it seems to me like the payment was purposely delayed by the site after being flagged, and the reason for being flagged is that KYC that is has not fulfilled on his account which has been something so common with majority of these sites now. They all request for KYC , and when you don’t meet up, they suspend one’s transaction.

Hope didn’t really tell us how much he won, but I am sure that whatever amount is trying to request for exceed the limit of what an ordinary account holder without KYC can have access to, and since he has already exceeded that limit, I guess he will need to just comply with the KYC requirement.

Contact the casino team support and ask why it takes too long to process your payout. Try to check if you haven't violated their terms and regulations of their site. If they just won't do it then it means they don't want to pay gamblers who won huge amount as it also happen to other gamblers who won huge amount and withdraw but not a single btc that the gambler got from the casino.
I think thats the first step you will do, i think you need to talk every time on their team so that they will entertain if what their problem was. Ask them if what the best thing you can do to get your pay. So that you will know if that casino is really not a scam.

I know every site, there is a customer support. You can ask them on how to deal with your problem first. If ever there is a delayed in your withdrawal, don't worry and stay calm. Because there is a reason behind that. Maybe, there is delayed due to the clog network. But if there is no support that message you, it is the time for them to criticize in this forum or any gambling forum. Always bear in mind that gambling site are not all legal.
I think no delay should be more than 24hours and staying calm is not always easy in cases like this, it’s easier said than done. I think the Ops case is even over 24hours already, so it’s obvious that he has been scammed.

There are a lot of scam casino sites now, they allow you win when playing and as soon as it’s time to withdraw they start with flimsy excuses, it’s always good to make enquiries on casino sites before gambling on it. Never gamble on a site because of the bonus offers , only play on trusted sites with positive reviews ,because once the money is money, it’s always very difficult to retrieve.

Yes, I also expirience that I won on gambling site, I have balance because of winning then when I decide to witdraw it I need to deposit a big amount so, that I can witdraw my balance and it obiuse its just a scam site that I played.
I think these is their latest strategy and  I have read so many similar cases like that, so it was no longer strange to me when it happened . I was so surprised how I was winning so easily on that site and I assumed luck was just greatly on my side, it was at the point of withdrawal I knew something was wrong when I was asked to pay a certain amount of money to enable me withdrawal the one I won, thank God I wasn’t naïve, I would have lost that money.

In gambling these days, no knowledge is a waste and it’s always good to keep our ears opened to information. Research to know the best sites and avoid sites that are tempting but not genuine.

i appreciate all the suggestions and advises. I have moved on and learnt my lesson and i discovered it was one of those scam sites.
I always knew it was a scam site even though it was not mentioned on the post. It good that you have learnt but please subsequently, I advise you do a proper check on a site before gambling. There are too many casino sites out there to defraud young and aspiring gamblers and the way to avoid being scammed is to read about a site before gambling

I personally don’t play on new site because I found out the problem is more with new sites, better to play on existing sites at least one can be sure they wont crash anytime soon and the reputation can easily be measured, because for old sites, they still value their reputation and wouldn’t want to tarnish it.

This is the first time I have ever seen or heard the term young and aspiring gamblers,,, Wink

Actually,,, I am different. I always play on new sites. I like to try new things, I like to experience different concepts. Otherwise I would never have found the sites I play at today. Two years ago I was very often at one site, and they were still good but I tried different ones, including a new one I now almost every day play at.

Of course, reputation is a lot in crypto, but you can see from a new site how they intend to be in the future from their threads, their support, and their dedication.

Playing with reputable casinos will make your stay more enjoyable as you are playing with full confidence that your money is safe and you can
withdraw without any delays, the reputations itself will be your assurance, the casino established thier business and will not do mistakes that
will ruined everything.

If there is a KYC you will need to complete and pass it before you can withdraw your rewards, this should be the first thing that a gambler must do whenever there is a KYC on any gambling site to avoid this kind of issue, you can ask support and ask issues why you cannot withdraw your earnings, if they will not answer then it's time to post it in the scam section.

On most gambling sites nowadays do have that instant withdrawal feature already and gone to those days where withdrawal do have
manual processing but over time this do already changed to automatic ones.I agree that waiting upto 24 hours would be already an alarming thing.
Making yourself calm?It wont really be that easy if you know that you do have funds hanging on there.

PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.

If casino jurisdiction requires KYC for withdrawal this is full legitimate request. You have either obey it ,  or have more fun and play more in this casino till you are broke.

But it first makes sense to check casino name on bitcointalk and see what other people say about it.
KYC request doesn't give that guarantee that they are legitimate yet there are shady casinos that do ask out these things just to avoid the people on withdrawing their funds in the site.
Most gamblers do hate up KYC and they do suddenly ask it up in times of withdrawals that's why it do really sucks and also people should atleast read up anytime gambling sites Tos.
So that you would possibly avoid headaches later on.
Exactly the problem with most gamblers is not reading, how can you just go on a site without going through and the terms and conditions?
KYC is really not a big deal though and I see no reason for the issues, it’s just to fill it within a few seconds get it approved and then payment is made.

Sometime ago I made a win that required this, I filled it and my money was paid. Only those who have things to hide or who hands are not so clean would be scared of filling it since the reason for kyc is to wipe out all forms of fraudulent act from online casinos and every online platform, so to the player, if you know your hands are clean, do the rightful and spare us this stories.
Point of correction please, not everyone has an ulterior motive for been against KYC, there are just certain people that love a private life, especially when it involves gambling, many do not like to fill any form that might leak out someday to the public because of the insecurity in gambling

I am very sure that even most of the gambling sites  will admit that they are already suffering so much frustrations and this is accumulated around the stunning losses they suffer because of the poor cooperation rates at the KYC stage on casino sites because most gamblers hate these stage and it discourages them from gambling on the sites.
Exactly. For someone like me, I am very sure that I have clean hands and have nothing to worry about but I do not support KYC just for my personal reasons. I just feel like it is not necessary. And the fear of not trusting the casino site that these information is being submitted to is another reason why I hate to do that.

It might not really have so much effect on casino sites because there are so many gamblers that do not have issues with filling the form, I still have alot of friends that gamble on KYC demanding casino sites and they are enjoying themselves.  KYC is not enough to make a casino site frustrated, gamblers will always play games on gambling sites.

PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.

I think this is part of the issue you are having. Maybe you try to do it and see before you get back to the support but if you don't like KYC, you can forget it and forfeit your winnings depending on how much.

If he can tell what is the site like other members said, we can give more suggestion as we can see if that site is legit or not. I am sure that members here can give the best answer related to the site because they are playing on various site. Doing KYC or not, it depends on himself, and if he is fine with that, then he can do it right away so he can withdraw his win money.
I have been wondering why he didn’t put the name of the site too, that would have made our investigations and contributions quite easier but I suspect he is one of those greedy gamblers. Trust them, they never admit to be wrong and I am convinced this might be one of the reasons he is hiding the identity of the site

KYC on its own is not so bad and I don’t see why anyone should be so scared to the point of leaving money pending. This doesn’t take up to 10 mins to complete the form, then verification of the site and the next thing you get an instant withdrawal, so I don’t really feel too concerned for the OP, because I believe he would know exactly what to do to get his money if it truly belongs to him.
Such a site is not very much appreciated by the gamblers and I think that you should stop gambling on such a site if you want to have peace in the game in future. This is because when you gamble, you expect returns that is money and in case your requests for withdrawal of money is not accepted in time, of course you will be pissed at the site. In such case, you can launch a complaint as well to enquire about the delay.

the support will definitely important by the site that we are playing are doing the beating otherwise it will be like giving 50% confidence only when we contact the support from the gambling site then they will definitely answer for that that is the proper thing to receive your payments.

Casinos will always make it difficult to fully withdraw your resources when you make a winning bet. Business logic is best when people keep a good amount of resources on the platform. If you play, win and quit, they have damage. If you keep the resources on the platform, there is a great possibility that you will lose most of your coins.

Not all casinos make it difficult. I know I have my own biases of course because it is obvious which sites I support,,, but apart from yolodice, I have seen big bets paid out immediately on Bitvest and Bitdice, 999dice,,, no issues. We are talking about more than 10 BTC bets too, I know because the winners come on and rain on everyone too. So it is not the general case with everyone!

first and foremost before playing on any gambling site it is a must to read their rules and regulation
it help players know (not most of the time ) what is the reason for the delay of payments. and for your
case if the gambling site ask for KYC and it is in their rules and regulation it is own decision if you are
willing to give it to get the payment or not. That is why is should be encourage that gamblers read the
gambling sites rules and regulation to know if they agree to all the rules of the gambling site or not.
Yeah, you just mentioned "rules and regulations" for 4x. Just kidding Cheesy

Anything that do have terms and conditions must really be followed not only on gambling but on all of service that we do encounter.
Each on of them do have that set of rules and non reading it up will just really make you shocked when you experience problem.

There is a guy on this forum called game protect that supposedly can help players get their money back.  He does have a lot of scam accusations against him though but if you have tried everything else I guess you don't really have much to lose at that point.
