Never play on that casino again in the future, at least that's what I would do.
Unless they have a very very good reason for the delay, maybe your account has been compromised and they're holding onto it as a security measure.

Not much you can do, except contact support, as others have already mentioned.
Do think about whether you want to close down your account after this.

I wonder why the payments are delayed . Anyone knows the real reason for this? I kind of think they don't have enough money to pay the winner so they wait for more gamblers to play to enable them pay the winner from there. Or they are doing background checks on him/her?
Probably they might be out of funds so they are waiting for their bankroll to fill and then will pay the rewards and most reputed gambling sites also face this issue due to the changes of price of crypto currrencies but the condition will change quicky if they are managed to pay the rewards as soon as possible or it will completely ruin their reputation which make them no more profitable through gambling.
I have seen one or two people with this issues but I am always surprised because I have never been a victim of this. There are so many sites I try to login and the first requirement would be the KYC form, but because it Is against my  believe I just move on to the one that would let me play freely.

Although I know perfectly well that there are sites that will not ask for KYC at the beginning and the only condition for such requirement towards withdrawal is when a huge amount of money is involved, which I think is normal. They have every reason to ask for the know your customer, you can’t withdraw such amount and expect the site not to have your details, like the upper poster said, expect you have something you are hiding.

I played on casino site some days back and won a  certain amount of money, i was expecting to cash out my money instantly because one of the things that lured me to the site was the fact they offer instant payment. Its been days now and am yet to get my money. Please help what can i do in this case because i am becoming impatient
PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.
Why do I think you are just been unnecessarily impatient? I am glad that you have already added in your comment that the attribute of the site that got you playing there is that it offers instant payment, so for a site that have been known for instant payment, why not give them more time to sort out whatever issues that is causing delay in your withdrawal? I have encountered an issue like this before, but because I was very sure of the site and it wasn’t my first time playing there, I relaxed till my payment was paid. You can do same if you know the site so well or otherwise

You can reach out to the team support. I believe they will provide answers to your questions.
Impatience for someone who has encountered delayed in payment for days? This is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t even stay for days like the OP and you forgot to see the part he mentioned the site requesting for KYC. Honestly I feel it is totally wrong for a casino siyte to delay payment, there should be no reason for this

I play on a number of casino sites and I get my payment instantly as a matter of fact, I wouldn’t even play if I am aware there would be delay. Lets call a spade a spade bro, its really not cool and completely unacceptable for a site to do that and as for asking for KYC after he must have won on the site, I feel that must be a scam site.
I hate it when we make issues out of nothing. What is really wrong with a site delaying payment for a couple of days.. Its delay for crying out loud and there are always reasons for these, it’s not like they will not pay the money at the end. The best is to contact the customer support of the site and see how the issue is resolved amicably rather than escalating.

If KYC is the case here, then I see nothing wrong, if the player really needs his money, then filling an ordinary form for withdrawal should not be a challenge. The reason sites ask for it is to prevent fraud and money laundering, except the player does not trust himself to be clean from this.

Did you read their Terms of Service before agreeing to it? I am sure they have mentioned something about KYC form fill up on their terms of service. Even if they didn't, there is nothing much you can do other than giving away your information. What is the name of the casino? Let others know so that they don't have to face the same problem like you in the future.

I beg to disagree on that. I don’t think any reputable casino site would be out of cash to pay a player at the end of the game, that means such site is not capable enough of running a gambling enterprise. In all my years of gambling, I doubt if I have ever experienced such, I know there are times there can be minor issues with delay and this  does not take that long for like days, the guy may have been scammed from what I see here.

I think one feature that a reputable site should have is that they are capable of offering instant payment and it can only take a site with money in abundance to offer such promise, I don’t gamble on sites that delay payments at all.

You don't include the name of the site that you mean and to my knowledge, most legit gambling sites will not ask us for kyc in the normal conditions unless we do something suspicious. Or maybe you visited the wrong site, the scam one?

It will help if you posted the gambling site you are referring to because maybe it is normally takes a week there to withdraw. Anyways, the best you can do is to contact their support team and site your problem. Im sure they are the once who are in the job to solve it.

the first step is to contact the support center, try asking why the funds you want to withdraw are held up. Leading gambling sites will help you with professionals and try to follow the steps needed, there may be things you miss so that your funds are held back. and try to find references on search engines about gambling sites that you play, there must be someone else who has experienced the same thing, so that it can give you knowledge about how to solve it. as far as I know the Leading gambling sites won't complicate the players, and don't forget to read the FAQ sub-section there maybe you will get the answer about the withdraw method.

We never know the real reason why the payment was delayed because if the player did not make any cheat at all, then he will get his payment as soon as possible. But if something was happening, then the best thing he can do is contact the support system and ask them why the payment was delayed. I am sure a good gambling site will explain to him if something bad was happening, so the delayed of the payment will not be a problem.

OP, it's been 6 days since you opened this thread, and I think many of of us here want to know what's the progress? Have you provided them with KYC info? Do you know anything about other users of that site? Can they withdraw their money from there? And, probably the most important thing, what is the name of the site you are talking about?

From my experience, withdrawal process takes from 1 to 24 hours on good gambling sites, and sometimes it's almost instant. If they make you wait more than 24 hours after you initiated a withdraw, that's a red flag imo.

I read that it didn't find the site that the OP meant, did anyone know the site? as far as I know, crypto site almost 75% does't need KYC to withdraw, 10% must use KYC and 15% scam sites. Maybe the OP visited among scam sites cause him didn't tell name site, as gamblers we must tell the truth.
I believe the OP must have used a scam site and he’s probably ashamed to admit it, because a site that would delay payment for days is definitely not genuine. I even find  the action of those few casino sites that requests for KYC wrong because  for one, would not submit my KYC on any gambling site, thank God there are more sites that do not care about KYC than those who do.

It’s just so sad that despite all the suggestions we always drop on this forum on how to avoid scam sites, there would still be gamblers that will fall for it, I feel for the player involved in this, no money is too small to loose, especially when it happens unwillingly like it is with the OP.

We don't know the real reason from them because they don't explain in details about the real situations.
Maybe they run out of the funds, maybe they need to check the account before they send the money, maybe they need to wait for a while to see the fee will reduce, or anything else.
Maybe he needs to be patient for a while, and meanwhile, I think he needs to stop for a while and only waiting for his problem solved.

Next time you need to make sure that their not requiring kyc if you hate it, but for now you need to follow the rules of the gambling site to process your winning bet withdrawal or else forget it if you want stay anonymously.

^ That is right, a little of the percentage of gambling casinos now have implemented KYC, because that doesn't need to the gambling casino.
First, before you have been using that site you must do a little research, read the FAQ and also read the terms and conditions. In OP case, you can simply contact the support team of the gambling site and patiently wait for at least 24 hours before taking action to complain. Unless, if you are scammed already when having a wrong choice of the gambling casino site.

Well if your not hiding anything then just fill out the kyc forms and be on your way with your money
The only reason someone doesnt want to to a kyc is they are hiding something.
Well, not all casino request KYC immediately at their customers when they register at the sites, not even when I try to make a deposit, I found some casino just like that. And when we win some big amount of money they start asking about KYC this and that. Some casino even declines the winning money and have like a thousand reasons why they did not have to give you that money.
I once asked to support in some casino about KYC, they say it's not mandatory and they don't need that, but if it's necessary they will ask you about it. That's just like the way to scamming their customers in my opinion.
But that is very wrong, if a site must make KYC regulation compulsory, then I feel it should be done as soon as a player logs in, allowing a player to play and after winning then requesting for KYC is bad and I will not take it at all.  It’s a shameful act on the casino sites that do this and I feel they are scam.

I have never encountered this and I hope never to, because I cannot imagine what my reaction would be. This isn’t about having something to hide but it is about personality, I like when I gamble secretly an making me go against my will because of my money which is my entitlement is  a terrible act.

We first need to know the name of the casino. If it is one of the trusted casinos which have a thread in the forum here I am sure that they will sort things out.

The real problem is if you were lured into a casino which had a lot of good flashing banners but is not well known in our gambling community here as it means in most of the cases that this casino probably is a scam casino.I hope you have not run into one such casino.
I bet it’s not a familiar casino site, I am very sure that the OP has tried one of those new sites with good promises and offers that would be hard to keep up with, if it was one of the common sites, he would have been so fast to drop names. This is always the mistakes with these gamblers, play on familiar sites they wouldn’t and when there is an issue they are back on the forum.

I hope the OP has not been duped because from the post, a site that has refused to give any tangible explanation on the reason for holding unto payment for days is nothing but a scam site. I cant even handle a site that will hold my payment for more than 5 hours let alone days. Please report that site as soon as possible.
Obviously mate, for the op not to drop the full details, it is so true that he has been carried away by one of those new sites. If it were to be a site that is familiar I trust he would be fast to call names but shame would not allow the guy drop all the vital info that could be of help.

I only suggest he checks at their support system and send messages to them and expect they respond quickly. I have had this type of experience, mine was on a legit site, my complains were attended to as soon as possible and I had the issue resolved within a couple of days. It all depends on the site and what could cause the delay but I do hope it is resolved soon because I can imagine what the OP might be going through at the moment.
