Yes, to avoid such issues better is to go through the terms and conditions of the respective gambling website.
Exactly, and don't forget when in doubt always ask!
You can ask about the reputation of that site you want to play here, cause maybe one or two people here have been played there. Or just asking their support about the details of the casino. Sometimes they not specify the country that not allowed at their site etc.

Well if your not hiding anything then just fill out the kyc forms and be on your way with your money
The only reason someone doesnt want to to a kyc is they are hiding something.
Well, not all casino request KYC immediately at their customers when they register at the sites, not even when I try to make a deposit, I found some casino just like that. And when we win some big amount of money they start asking about KYC this and that. Some casino even declines the winning money and have like a thousand reasons why they did not have to give you that money.
Yes, to avoid such issues better is to go through the terms and conditions of the respective gambling website. As like exchanges having the limitations on withdrawal in respect to different levels based on the KYC gambling websites might have got their own terms. There are casinos where the bonus got cannot be withdrawn, several users used to mention this as an issue. Big winnings were stopped from withdrawal which is a kind of making the users loss the funds to the house out of frustration.

I once asked to support in some casino about KYC, they say it's not mandatory and they don't need that, but if it's necessary they will ask you about it. That's just like the way to scamming their customers in my opinion.

I played on casino site some days back and won a  certain amount of money, i was expecting to cash out my money instantly because one of the things that lured me to the site was the fact they offer instant payment. Its been days now and am yet to get my money. Please help what can i do in this case because i am becoming impatient
PS i forgot to add that they are requesting i fill KYC form and i didn't see this before i started playing.
Its really painful having to play on a site, win money and then come to face another demand of filling KYC form, I am surprised that you didn’t see it as a requirement for withdrawal before starting to gamble because most of the sites asking for KYC do it before the game. I do not know how much is involved so I can’t advise you to just bull shit the site and move on.

So you have the option of either filling the form to get your money or let go and think of other sites to play but for now, you can keep on sending messages to them. If I may ask, what site is that and is it a cryto casino site? How much is involved and do you feel its an amount you can forsake, if you can please do and look for other sites that will not be that unfair to you.

Well, probably contact them via email is an option but still a vague idea I guess. I think before you engage in some online casino you should check it first if they have bad reviews or something, find out if they have an issue on payment. Personally, I am currently in bitcoin casino and I do check it first if there's an issue but I find out some of its features that it has Live Chat, Email support 24/7, Low deposit options, Fast withdrawals, SSL encryption and so far they never fail me. I am full of myself that it is reliable one based on my experience I had in this bitcoin casino.

What site is that? you have to contact the customer services or anyone who are connected to that gambling site and tell them your problem.
If there's a delay on my withdrawal, I would get out of my money and i will not let that casino to take my money easily. I'll expose their shit sites if they can't pay me that's how you make shit with the gambling sites who you can't trust.
We see such frustration in the eyes of many gamblers when something like that happens to them because they win after their efforts. Such sites which are not responsive in this regard should be crashed by search engines because they should provide a safe source. If search engines look into their responsibility and we also think wisely to play with famous sites then there will be no issue I think.

Why do I think you are just been unnecessarily impatient? I am glad that you have already added in your comment that the attribute of the site that got you playing there is that it offers instant payment, so for a site that have been known for instant payment, why not give them more time to sort out whatever issues that is causing delay in your withdrawal? I have encountered an issue like this before, but because I was very sure of the site and it wasn’t my first time playing there, I relaxed till my payment was paid. You can do same if you know the site so well or otherwise

You can reach out to the team support. I believe they will provide answers to your questions.

Seems you are in trouble. If a casino or exchange asks for kyc, you have to show them your personal data, otherwise your money will be stuck.
I don't know if it would be possible at the casino you were playing at, but if you had a friend, someone trustful there, you could tip him your prize, then he could cash out the money and give you later.
Anyway, be careful next time, and don't play at casinos where kyc is a must if you don't want to show your identity, read their terms before playing.

What's that casino? maybe you have won a big amount and that's why they started to ask you to fill KYC as per the ruling of their local government that whenever someone wins that much, they are required to do so.

Maybe you just missed to read their terms of agreement?

Please write domain of casino here to know about which one do we talk. Maybe you are playing on scam casino, in this situation I doubt doing KYC will be good but maybe you are playing on trustworthy websites, let us know where you play to suggest you something.
You wouldn't see that before starting gambling but pleqse check their tos and policy also before playing, they require KYC if you withdraw much or your transaction seems suspicious.

What online casino site you are referring to?

No one can help you here but only them. If the said casino does quite have an active thread with an active representative here, they might look at it but believed me, the response will be the same, submit KYC.

If ever they asked for it, then you have no choice but to comply on it. The purpose is to withdraw the money after all.

You may look at their terms about KYC (CTRL + F "KYC").

If KYC is the only way to get your money, then why you do not fill it? Previously you posted something related to KYC and as I understand you are not someone who are against KYC in gambling. There must be a valid reason why the site asks you for KYC, but I wont speculate about it since you do not even mention the name of the site.

The post that I'm referring to:

But what is really bad about submitting KYC? Is it not just filling of personal information? This is what i do in most exchanges when i want to carry out a transaction  and even ICOs

So it is still your own fault so you wont really have any options but to comply with that KYC thing if you do like to pull out that payment.

Most people dont really care at all on reading up Gambling sites ToS anytime when they are trying to play. They would just realize later on when they do experience or face up problems.

Apparently you were edited your post and seem the gambling site which you playing is KYC required before able to withdraw your money balance and if this is legit site i think nothing to worried about that because you were attempts to verify your account by submitting your personal information which mean you only have to wait until they verified your account but it could be different if you were play at scam casino because although you submit your KYC but i'm not sure they will allowed you to withdraw your money

Until we hear from you what is the name of the casino that is refusing to pay your money we cannot give you any advice since we don't know who are we dealing with. You might just deposited money on a scam casino and you didn't knew that so in this case you have nothing to do or you have deposited on a casino that has a good reputation and then maybe the owner of that casino is a member here and can help you.

You should know their processing period, but since it's already days from now, it's not normal anymore.
I don't know how long you can wait, but if really want to get help from the community, you can make a scam accusation here,
since it's already a scam act for withholding your money for that long.

Its still normal . Id also witnessed the same scenario on the past but the issue happened on a reputable site where a user is having a problem with his withdrawals . That happens because he did some minor violations that is against the t.o.s of the site that he was using  .  Luckily the case has been solved because the site owner forgive him  and he have only given a warning  .
The amount would really matter, maybe the amount involve is just a small amount.
Casinos when reputable would not do anything stupid as it might tarnish their reputation, and when that happens, they will be losing clients.

Ask for their support services. Would you mind naming that online casino for us to be aware of that scenario also.

Maybe your withdrawal is pending for review as it is a huge amount, better add some details on your problem.

I think OP is afraid that he will not get paid eventually for posting it here, but he should, because they will be alarmed and they will lose their reputation if they did not resolve his issue fast, especially if the gambling site is a popular one.

Can you mention the site you played with ? Probably check reviews of it online and the first thing i would do is contact customer live service if they got and ask the reason for delay . There is plenty of bitcointalk threads where people report withdrawal delays , but most of them got fixed after few days . Depends on the site you was playing on
