It's last days of Olympics and all competitions reached decisive phase..
Recently women beach volleyball ended. As expected, Brazil won goal against Canada, but final was great. Underdogs Canada had big lead in 1st set, but Brazil made huge comeback. 2nd set was dominated by Canada, while decisive 3rd set already was controlled by Brazil.
In handball Spain again failed to beat semifinal curse, they didn't managed to beat Germany. In other pair Denamrk won against Slovenia in very close game.
Women basketball - we wil have same final like in men tournament - France - USA.
Another Olympics - another huge failure of USA in 100m relay, it already become bad tradition. They got disqualified, whie Canada takes gold. In women hepathlon Nafissatou Thiam claims historic 3rd gold
For the first time in Olympics we saw breaking competition. In women competition Nicka won silver for my country Lithuania, very happy for her. And whole competition was more interesting to watch than I epxected, but still, not sure that breaking should be in Olympics programme.

It was great final to watch. Francestarted game in terrible way, these 2 goals that they conceded, there was no defense simply. And I think that referees helped for hosts - thatwas very cheap penalty that led game to extra time. But in extra time Spain proved that they're best. Their goalkeeper made amazing assist - very long throw and perfect Spain transition that ended  with a goal.
Now we will have women football final between Brazil and USA, should be great game.

France tried to come back when they got that penalty to make it 3-3 but goals from Camello in the 100' and 120' decided to the whole event for them. For what it was worth, France did well in the Olympics and to get to the finals as hosts is something we should commend because they rarely do so.
 Thierry Henry would have made history if he had managed to win the gold in this Olympics because it would have been his first since becoming and if it were any other team, his dream of achieving this would have been a reality. Big ups to Spain though. They managed to exude confidence and calm despite the pressure and I must say they deserve to gold.

Congrats to the man who just won the gold medal in the Olympics for women’s boxing. He should be so proud of himself. He showed himself to be a true feminist. Most men are taught not to hit women at an early age but he overcame societal pressures and made it his life’s dream to beat up women on the world stage. Congrats to him for completing his dream

After experiencing bronze and silver medals, finally the day has come and Arshad Nadeem also experienced the gold medal. I think there was the luck of Neeraj Chopra as he threw just one good shot and that was extremely well which was not broke to any other player except Arshad Nadeem.

Anderson Peters who is from Kenya is on the third position, he was just one meter below otherwise he could break the record of Neeraj Chopra. However, he also got a nice position. By the way, except for Pakistan and Indian players and Anderson Peters, there was no chance for any other one to win this game from the start.

In the women's volleyball final to be played tomorrow, USA-Italy, USA is normally a superior team to Italy. Italy is going to the final for the first time and if everything goes as they want in the final and luck is on their side, I think they can win. Turkey and Brazil will also play for the bronze medal.

If the Türkiye national team also wins the bronze medal, it will be the first time we have won a medal in volleyball at the Olympics, and I believe we will beat Brazil.

It's final time in Women's Volleyball. The winner will win the gold medal. Italy defeated Turkey 3-0 in the semifinals. Egonu was the top scorer of the match with 24 points. Italy is a team that works well not only in offense but also in defense. Their block defense coordination was really high. USA defeated Brazil 3-2 in the semifinals. Plummer led his team to victory with 26 points. Skinner and Ogbogu were the key players. Drews continued his steady play on offense. Italy reached the Olympic final for the first time. USA, the defending Olympic champion, has won medals in the last four Olympics. With these games they will extend the series to five. Even though Italy is in form, we can't ignore the experience of the USA and I think the USA is the favorite in this match.

I watched the 71 kg men's final in the Olympic games.

What caught my attention was that the competition ended and they both hugged each other like brothers and congratulated each other. It was something that I really liked.
The Uzbek boxer won the competition and received the gold medal.

That was everything you could have asked for in a gold medal game.  Being down 3-1 France showed some guylts pressing to get back but Spain was just too much.  Was a great summer for them winning gold and the euros in the same summer.  I was hoping this game was going to go to pks but Spain wasn't having it.  That 5th goal amd the runout was crazy.

Spain did had a very impressive performance and I can say without mixing words, they were deserving of it and they did worked hard to get it the way it was expected of them, one thing I do believe is that in football, resilience pays off as Spain has shown enough of it in a very great amount such that it's gotten them this much.

France has always been trying but they needed that extra effort to get them the winnings and the trophies they anticipate

It was a very open and entertaining finals, end to end football, with both teams showing intent to win. France the host country did well to get back equal with Spain in the second half, and Spain totally deserve to win because they did not allow themselves to sink under the pressure that France put on them and were able to comport themselves to score more goals in the extra time to get the advantage to win the game before the game got to penalties. Fermín López was a key player for Spain, they almost lost the game substituting him out, Hansi Flick will be happy he has such a talent for next season.

It was great to see a game with six goals in normal time and two more in extra time 
Many times in the history of the Olympics, a team has won the gold medal, or even the silver medal, and the result has not been "compatible" with the main team for years to come. But it seems that this time it's a final that's very much in line with reality, because Spain and France are two teams that are ahead of the others in Europe and the world right now
It will be interesting to see who will going to play for the main squad for the next World Cup in two years' time.

Coincidentally, Morocco's bronze medal also reflected the reality of the main team's excellent form

Spain is the hottest country currently in football and I don't think that it will be easy for any other country to win them because they have shown this in 2024 Olympics finals after they win France the host 5-3 in 120 minutes. Sergio Camello was able to seal their victory with a dying minutes goal with a clean finish from a counter.

It was not quite long that Spain won Euros and now Olympics. Spain have a whole lot of youngsters that will be dominating football in no time.

Congratulations to them for this great achievement.

Maybe not 2024 but Olympics related. Jake Paulhas stated he wants to compete in the men’s boxing event in the summer Olympics of 2028. I’m not familiar with amateur status and boxing in the Olympics but I’m guessing. That isn’t a thing anymore like with NBA players. Cool of Jake. I hope he brings the US a gold medal.

And now they've proven yet again that they're one of the most resilient football nation in the world.
Congratulations to team Spain for wining the gold medal. If not for the loss of her female team against Brazil, they should have been aiming for a trio in the finals against USA but for tonight, it's all about the Spain under 23 male team and thier victory at the Paris Olympics.

The match is still ongoing and it is 4-3 in favor of Spain as the match is in the second half of 30
minutes extra time and Spain is still defending their goal while France is struggling to equalize the goal.

France must be very proud of their performance for them to come from 3-1 and were able to equalize two goals. Theiery Hunry is France coach. What an interesting finals.

The current controversy should be a lesson for every sports committee involved in world sporting events to fix any existing problems related to sensitive matters like today, so that we will no longer see other athletes like Imane Khalif who will be humiliated in public just because there are no strict rules in sports that are related to gender and genetic, I think there are still many imane khelifs out there who are still struggling to get their place to be recognized as athletes who are worthy of making their respective countries proud, so I think what has happening with Imane Khalif now should not result and happen in other athletes who also have genetic disorders, so their having to end their careers just because they are deemed unfit to compete due to the advantages and disadvantages they have had since birth.

I think it's time for us to close all existing controversies with an open mind without having to continue bullying on social media about imane khelif or anybody, only based on the words of influential people although we don't know the real facts, because after all the bullying that has occurred on social media has often been a verdict that has had a negative impact on someone life, so far we has too easy for bully someone on social media by writing words bad words without us realizing that these words might become a weapon that will kill someone out there.

France and Spain final is turning out to be one heck of a firecracker. I did not see France coming back after that ridiculous free kick by Alex Baena which helped them make the score 3-1.

Reminds me of Mbappe and the manner in which he scores late goals out of nowhere primarily thanks to his epic energy. Still expecting Spain to win this one though.

Well Team USA recovered the game in the match versus Serbia.
They were down by 20 points after half of they game but they started to play and they managed to win the game in the last quarter with a super Curry.

The final will be vs France.

Seems like despite being having an home ground advantage, it will be difficult for France to win this match. We are in the 2nd half of the game and Spain is leading by 3-1. These two goals' difference may be decisive for Spain to win this final.

Although France took the lead early in the match when Enzo Millot scored the goal in the 11th minute but then Spain scored three consecutive goals and shattered the France dream.
Spain scored three goals in the period of only 10-11 minutes and France had no answer to the Spain attack.
