Thierry Henry has been doing a fine job as coach of the France team in this Olympics but I guess all good things has to come to an end, right? Werl that is the case for them right now as they are being thrashed 1-3 by Spain and I must say it's too much for any team to handle being there it's still in the first half and it's looking like Spain aren't ready to stop pouring goals yet.
 We saw how France were able to defeat Egypt in the semi's, albeit with a little struggle and they felt they could do same by drawing blood first in the game today but Spain, with their relentless attitude have managed to turn the game around to a point where they are literally calling the shots.
I have to admit that the Barcelona youngster, Fermin Lopez, deserves his flowers as he has been very instrumental in the team's success and I won't be surprised if by this performance alone, he'd be attracting the interests of big teams because honestly, Barcelona just isn't the club for him in my opinion.

Yeah right, Serbia managed to completely outplayed Team USA during 1st to 3rd quarter but they are totally lockdown and can’t answer against USA aggression on the last quarter that result to an easy recovery since Team USA Allstar team can create points for a short period of time.

I think Serbia will have a chance if the previous team USA is the roster use during the FIBA. Both FranceVsGermany and USAvsSerbia are so good to watch last night. Both ended with 4 just a points difference.

Today's France vs Spain at the men's Gold medal match for football is going to be an exciting contest. Both of the young teams are performing great. France has been undefeated till the match while Spain had a setback against Egypt. Egypt was defeated by France in the semis but such stats don't matter as all of the teams are new and mostly playing each other for the first time. The team that performs better on the 90 minute would win. The gold would be more significant to Spain as they have just 2 golds while the host nation has 14.

I've been opportuned to watch few of Spain and France games in the Olympics and if I must be sincere with my opinion, I think the Spain team have been more convincing with their performance in their Olympics games. France who hasn't lost a game like you rightly said I think stands a good chance of defeating their Spanish counterparts as well. I'll watch the final match with an open mind of not supporting any of the teams so I can get entertained with the performances of both teams. If France wins, I'll celebrate them and if Spain wins the Gold, I'll still celebrate them. Do you have a favorite team that you're supporting?

Wait what Team USA is getting destroyed by Serbia on Basketball game?

Serbia fatigue is already noticeable while USA still has a lot of players that can play in full capacity. This is the reason why USA is unbeatable because they can beat you on last quarter when the starters is already exhausted.

Noah Lyles lost in the 200m race, I thought he was the favorite, unfortunately he settled for the bronze and he said after wards that he had Covid that's why he wasn't able to push 100% on this race.

Letsile Tebogo of Botswana won the gold medal with a 19.46-second time. And this time there are no more drama like when he won in the 100m. Another American settled for the silver medal in Kenny Bednarek.

Would love to see though Lyles healthy against Tebogo but we might have to wait for it, maybe in the world's meet.

This is actually quite surprising because I thought the match between Morocco and Egypt would be quite tight but it turns out that Morocco completely massacred Egypt. Egypt was quite convincing in the quarterfinals when they managed to win against Paraguay and before that they could even beat Spain 2-1. But strangely, Morocco that previously lost to Spain in the semifinals, it turned out that they was actually able to rise up and crush Egypt with a landslide score.

I don't think that Spain is better than France. They indeed have quite a promising rhythm but on the other side, France is also a solid team. Moreover, France is the only team that has never been defeated in this tournament, and they have a home advantage.

Following the same logic, the participation of many other countries involved in war crimes can be excluded. International sports tournaments such as the Olympics or continental championships should not be subject to ideological dictates because the practices of a certain government in a certain historical era do not mean condemning the entire country.

Serbia is playing incredibly. We see the difference between European basketball and American basketball, USA is missing great opportunities. Serbia, on the other hand, is on the field with a great team play, they are doing whatever it takes to win the match.
I am looking forward to seeing what kind of fight we will watch in the last quarter. It will be a real surprise if USA loses the match, let's see if Serbia will be able to last until the end of the match
