It's not unusual. Because large money you spend on team you will usually be able to recruit good players. And those who are relatively weak financially will try to create a reliable team like them. But can you achieve the crown of the final by spending more money? is there any guarantee? Of course not. Hahahas someone has to remind KL that he is playing IPL. Coming to Vijay Shankar, he and Stuart Binny have always been considered two biggest chokers of IPL, they do play every year in some team or the other but don't make any impact, even on the national level.
