Lucknow Super Giants had the worst selection policy for any team in this season of the Indian Premier League. They gave just 4 matches to Quinton de Kock, as Kyle Mayers was selected ahead of him. And then Mark Wood was dropped in favor of Naveen-ul-Haq. This stupidity reminded me of the Mumbai Indians, who refused to give a single match to Dewald Brevis. Irrespective of who is captaining the side (KL Rahul or Krunal Pandya), LSG made the shittiest decisions for any of the franchises. It surprises me that somehow they managed to reach the playoffs.

I won't blame Andy Flower for this but throw some nice words to Gauti, who happens to be an excellent cricketing mind and extra nice words to high management (these guys are big time assholes).

Akash Madhwal has been given a chance to play only 7 matches by Mumbai Indians and he has performed consistently in all 7 matches. This bowler has picked up 13 wickets in 7 matches and his economy rate is 7.7 which is very controlled bowling in a tournament like IPL. He should have played from the start, if he had been included in the team from the start he would have been the highest wicket taker now but he didn't get that chance. There are more opportunities ahead of him and he should make good use of those opportunities. Rohit Sharma's best fast bowler against Gujarat Titans will be Akash Madhwal.

Mumbai Indians batting as well as bowling line-up needs a lot of planning as Mumbai Indians bowling performance is disappointing. There is no doubt that Mumbai Indians are one of the best teams in IPL if they can bowl controlled.

I don't think that is going to happen. Shami, Rashid, Noor and Mohit are bowling consistently well while we all know how deep GT bats while MI are over-dependent on their batsmen which they have proven again and again in this season.

I had said the same thing. This guy did not have any experience of being a captain, still he got the job. MI were favourite to win against LSG, the manner in which they won, was hilarious. LSG has no idea with the opening pair. Running between the wicket was not only confusing but chaotic. I am sure the MI team had a blast watching LSG struggling for runs. Hoping they defeat GT in the same manner, which I doubt!
