Good to read that he already know on where he will put his money.
But until there's no action made everything will be just a plan. He take priority their travel and to bad for that guy is he enjoy this money wasting activity since provably that there would be no return to get with that and they are just wasting their money for not useful things.

You can’t take that away from them.. it’s like their version of comfort food. Some people really like to play the lottery, there's something in watching those balls get out and waiting for your numbers. I am not a big fan, I never won anything by playing lottery, but if it's the other way around I would probably play it more regularly, especially if I had some really big wins.
